They are slum landlords they don’t like fixing things on their houses and the maintenance receptionist is very unprofessional and don’t answer or respond to calls. NEVER RENT FROM THEM!

Michelle and Margie are crooks, they hold the property for a long time without the owners knowledge, they collect on application fees but they don't process the applications. They tell the home owners that they do not have any one interested in their properties, but they pocket the application fees. One of the properties Bellwether Court has had over 260 applications times that by 50.00 and again since majority of the applications we're adults, filed a complaint with AG against these Crooks. The contact for this company was "too busy today" for any info AFTER filling out a rental application online with all my personal information. Then after asking their application process time frame she states "Maybe next week, I'm too busy dealing with rent today." !!!!!
After me asking where to pay the application fee, she texts back "EXCUSE ME!!!!!"
And noone will answer the company number, amd there is no company directory which is an option when calling..
Is this a real place???

I’m referring a friend so I go to send her the info and here I see the reviews. I’ve been renting from BP since 2016 and I only have good things to say about them. I pay my rent on time, change my own light bulbs, don’t leave trash out for the owner to get a fine. This company is a property management company not a DAILY LIVE IN ROOMMATE. I’ve read the reviews and some of them are probably disgruntled past tenants or clients who where denied housing. I think people have nothing else better to do then badmouth folks simply because they need someone to blame for not doing their part. Bad

I have dealt with Michelle for over 10 years and I have never had a problem with Bear property management. I have lived in 3 of their properties by choice and im now buying my first home through her. she has been helpful through my journey. When I was going through a financial struggle she was extremely patient with me. I have recommended her to people and had nothing but nice things to say about her and the friendly office. Every one that I have came in contact with through the office has been kind and helpful.

Very Unprofessional. I applied to rent a home and was made aware by the Realtor Michelle that I was more than likely to be able to get in. I came prepared with everything i needed same day and turned in my application along with the $40 processing fee. I was told i would here back within 48hrs. It has now been one week and i have still heard nothing. When i asked if there was any good news, she informed me that she was waiting on me to submit my credit report, but woah wait up, wait up, isnt that what the $40 application fee is for? A credit report, thats what i thought too?!?! Well not Michelle

This lady told us straight out the place was ours, weeks go pass we are wondering why isn’t she calling us so we called her and ofcourse our calls were being forwarded to her voicemail

Terrible Agency. Will lead you on and convince you that you will be getting the house you are applying for to each and every single interested tenant when in reality, none of yas stood a chance.
