Due to covid everything was processed online. The tour was even able to be scheduled online and provided us a code to the drop box to get in with no contact to a person. I believed email communication was a person, but guess I was wrong. After applying was not able to get through to a live person. Never had a response to the application just an auto confirmation email. Very disappointed in the process!
