This class combines slow stretching with gentle yoga postures, breath work and core strengthening. This is a gentle, yet powerful class for all levels designed to relax your mind and revitalize your body. This class combines breath work with a graceful flow of yoga postures and core strengthening. This class is more vigorous and most appropriate for students with some yoga experience, though all are welcome.
Elaine's yoga class is by far the best I have attended. Her personality and energy make you excited to attend the class. I had to move to Denton for a job, and I have yet to find a yoga studio that provides the same feel. I would recommend Elaine for anyone looking to do yoga, at whatever stage (beginner, intermediate, etc) you are at.
