Our inspection is based on the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Standards of Practice (SOP). WRITTEN REPORT (Emailed within 24 hours of completed inspection). Our written report is based on the TREC REI 7-5 Property Inspection Report. Ours will have pictures, easy to understand details explaining the deficiencies and a summary.

Frank Anderson went above and beyond to make sure my “new to me” home was thoroughly inspected. For instance, he came out earlier than our appointment so as to beat a possible rain shower so he could walk the roof from end to end. He went into the attic to check for leaks when we did get some rain. He then took several hours to look over every inch of the house. Afterwards he walked the entire house and property with me and went over everything he noted in the report by showing it to me despite including detailed descriptions and pictures in the report. Lastly, he even went back the next day
