I am so disappointed and disgusted with my experience here. My 4-year old daughter was complaining about a toothache and I was worried that she had a cavity so I called Growing Smiles and they were able to set up an appointment for her the next day. When I arrived at my appointment, they asked if I was self-paying and I said that my daughter had Maryland state insurance (which I wrote on the paperwork that I sent in the day I set up the appointment). I said if they do not accept this insurance that I would pay whatever I needed to out of pocket. They informed me that my daughter could NOT be seen

First of all, I would like to say that this review does not reflect the front desk staff, as every time I have spoken to the front desk they have been polite, courteous and helpful.
I had a consultation after finding out my daughter had cavities. It was routine, we agreed on surgery and I was referred to Lori to schedule. This was early September. After 5 weeks of no news, I called to ask for an update on scheduling. Found out at that time that there was a hold on scheduling due to one of the surgeons not being able to come back to work until January (something along those lines) and she offered

Dr. Chris is personable, pleasant to children and adults, timely and an excellent communicator. I feel my children’s teeth are in very good hands. They are happy to come here for their checkups and treatments. The whole team is excellent. I highly recommend Growing Smiles, particularly during COVID times; we feel safe and well taken care of.

My kids have been going here for about 9 years and we highly recommend Growing Smiles. The receptionists, the hygienists, and the dentists are all wonderful. The wait to go back is minimal and my kids have always felt at ease.

I have been taking my twin girls to Growing Smiles for 3 years. They always look forward to going to the dentist. They love wearing sunglasses while getting their cleanings done and leaving with a new toothbrush. The staff is always nice and pleasant. They are taking proper protocols right now with Covid. Its nice leaving knowing my daughters teeth are well taken care of and advice for as their teeth get older.

We always have the BEST experience at Growing Smiles! The staff are all phenomenal. The front desk greets us with smiles, and is always incredibly helpful at getting three kids scheduled to fit our family's needs. We had three cleanings this morning at 8:30, and made it to school on-time at 9:30! Thank you, Growing Smiles!

My son had an appointment on 6/29. They left ONE message giving me less than 24 hours to get back to them about whether or not my son was still coming in. I called & left a message at 5:13pm yesterday asking not to cancel my son's appointment. I received a call the next morning stating that they had canceled my son's appointment anyway and that I would have to reschedule.
First of all, my son's appointment was less than a week away. I had not called to cancel it. We would have still been there. They claim to have sent emails to both my ex-husband and I. Neither one of us received that. He says

My kids have had a wonderful experience at Growing Smiles, both for routine care and for not-so-routine care (my third child is getting his front tooth bonded as I write this). They are professional, kind, compassionate, and flexible. They go to great lengths to make their patients feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my child here for about 8 years I have never had an issue until now. I called the emergency number today due to Covid-19 that is the option that is available. I called concerning an abscess tooth and swallowing gland I left a message. I first get texted a consent to service which I consent. I then get asked for photos of the area. I explain it is hard to see because it's over a wisdom tooth that's coming in. I ask am I going to get to talk to them because I wanted to describe what was going on and it is important I talk to someone vs text. They basically said without

I have been taking my children here for 16 years. Recently, they have had a big turnaround with new employees, treating customers terrible and extremely rude. There is alot of tension and drama with the women there that you can actually cut with a knife. Do not take your children here if you want a good, caring and loving environment, They are all horrible! Good luck as I will NEVER be back and I WILL pass the word around about my specific experience

I love growing smiles. I drive from Glen Burnie, MD to Bel Air just to take my children to see Dr. Diana Capobianco. They understand how far I drive and they have been known to open up days so I can get my children into see them. They work with you and are very hands on. Dr. Diana has operated on my oldest daughter when she fell and broke her top teeth and she is still my daughter's favorite doctor. The staff is great and friendly, they call you back, they will find away to schedule you in. I have called Dr. Diana in "off" hours and she has never made me feel like I was bothering
