She earned her BA from California State Polytechnic, Pomona, and her MA from Concord University. Her experience in property management was with Trammell Crow, a national development and property management company, where she assisted in managing industrial and commercial buildings in the greater Los Angeles area.

The only bad part of this company is.. that they increase rent every year. Before they took over our apartment complex the owner barely increased our rent.
Also, there should be a limit of increase of the rent right, but they increase way too high that tenants can't stay longer. They should've increase at least $30 to $50 a year, which is acceptable & affordable for all tenants.
Hope they understand 🙏

The staff at Fertig and Gordon have been an amazing blessing! Even during these uncertain times, they have always treated our family like a family of people and not a source of revenue. Hands down the most friendly people I have ever met, there customer service is top notch, whenever we have any issues they are on it within minutes! I’ve read the other reviews about them being strict, and to the book, and it shows that’s why there properties are kept clean, operating, and with outstanding management, I rented from them and now they manage my properties. I would Absolutely recommend them to renters or owners!!!

This real estate management company is one of the top property management companies you will find. We work for several other management companies, but Fertig and Gordon is by far the most professionally ran company you will come across. They are family

I was a previous tenant but am moving out of state. I'm so sad to leave such wonderful property management. I'm hoping that when I move to my new place I encounter the same positive experience. I had the pleasure in meeting Christian today when I was interested in a property at 100 S. Chester. The property was beautiful obviously because of Fertig & Gordon Property Management Company they really take pride in their properties. I was given the application submitted at 5 and had a meeting with Kelly and Christian with who I submitted my application too. Today I went back just to see the property at a different time and day and to look at the upstairs unit which was as Fabulous As the down stairs unit. I have to say this company is very professional based on the conversation the meeting

If I could rate 0 star, I would. They keep increasing the rent without explaining the reason for that, increased $100 in less than 2 years. The gate is always down which makes remote control and gate entrance card pointless, not to mention less security. Maintainence is average. Some stuffs get repaired, some dont, so dont expect they fix everything. There is no permanent manager. There are managers who come and go. The longest one that we have seen stayed for 3-4 months.

Make sure you dot your "I"'s and cross your "T"'s with this group. They are very much rule and policy driven in as much as it benefits them. Don't extend them any courtesy or politeness as you will get NONE in return. They are the textbook "landlord" company you always read and hear about - nothing particularly vindictive or nasty about them, but are as personable and reasonable as a brick wall. The only way to have any leg up on this group is to get everything in writing and record everything said and done and by whom - which to be fair is really as

The pricing at the place I rented was very fair, but the office management staff was really disappointing. I don't get upset when I have to call several times or someone drops the ball on me once or twice, but when its every time it becomes very disappointing. The general culture of the office staff seems to be that they are busy or out to lunch and they will get back to you when they get a chance... only that never seems to happen and you have to hound and pester them for days at a time before you can talk to a decision maker, and this isn't just one employee that does this.

Pay the extra $50 a month to rent elsewhere or be prepared to stand your ground and get everything in writing. Fertig and Gordon gives you prompt service and lots of smiles at first. After a short honeymoon, you're a nuisance and your existence won't be acknowledged until you have to resort to withholding rent.
