Blocked toilets are usually caused by something blocking the system, and will need to be unclogged. Flush the system once, and use a plunger to gradually pump the blockage through the system. Avoid flushing the toilet too much while it is blocked, as this will cause an overflow.
To diagnose the issue of a non-flushing toilet, remove the cover on the back of the toilet to view the flushing system and make sure the flapper element is attached and working.Rule out equipment failure by trying to power the equipment from another outlet. If you suspect that the outlet is the problem, reset the breaker to see if this resolves the issue.

The only thing they're good at is charging you the rent and utilities. As far as ever getting back to you on any repairs or fixtures, expect empty promises. They will schedule an appointment with you for a repair, and just never show up, never follow up with a call or text, and just leave you hanging. Once, I was waiting on something to be picked up. I was told to expect the guy to arrive between 8am and 12pm. He never showed. I called and when I I told Carlos that that no one had shown up, he just said well it isn't 5 yet. I was not informed that I should be expecting the guy at a later time.
