Designing custom programs is also my strength and I've been doing so for more than 25 years. I joined Julie in May. From the first time I met her, I knew she was the right trainer for me! She’s got an amazing knowledge of exercises for you! I am always amazed at the workouts she creates in her nice studio. I thought at first that her gym had hardly any exercise equipment that I normally see in a gym but she has just the right equipment to work every part of your body! Her motivation has made me look forward to my workouts and excited to learn new simple exercises I can do anywhere. I have been working out at this place since November 2019. My personal Trainer is Kyle and I enjoy working with him. He doesn't go on his phone. He concentrate watching my posture when I work out. Someday I don't want to be there but I am glad I went. He is flexible on the days I need to change the time or couldn't make it to my apartment. I see a difference in my body after 2 months. I highly recommended this place for a private work out if you don't like other people staring at you while you work out.

I just completed a month long Nutritional Program with Daily Check Ins and Weeekly recaps, which have led to habit changes and adjustments that fit my life.
I have “been with” Julie for 20 + years! Her ability to personalize, adapt, and provide a continuous improvement mindset for each client is critical! Julie has vast knowledge and experience and can take on a client’s current physical state (healthy, pre and post surgery recovery, injured, in physical therapy, etc.)

I have been working out with Julie for about 5 years, she is an outstanding trainer. I am always greeted with a smile, her cheery disposition and high energy like no other human being I know. She takes the time to explain and demonstrate exercises in order maximize results and minimize injuries which makes her an ideal trainer for all fitness levels. For those new to working out, she will patiently and expertly guide you through the process and for experienced exercise buffs, she can teach you new moves or different ways of doing things to get better results. Julie is the most amazing trainer. I was leery of joining a fitness program. I kept joining gyms and being lost on how to create a good routine for myself. I was so out of shape I felt embarrassed to work with a trainer. Julie changed all of that. I have done both her online and in-studio group classes. She is fun, encouraging and extremely knowledgable. She cares first about people - she wants you to succeed for you more than for her. She watches and listens to you so the exercises are a perfect fit so that you don't get discouraged.
