Tanglewood is just a hop, skip and a jump from Navy Federal Credit Union, University of West Florida, West Florida Hospital, University Mall, Cordova Mall, NAS Pensacola and Whiting Field.
We do not offer co-signers, instead we allow someone to apply with you and be a lease holder. The standard security deposit for our community is $200; Security deposits can vary depending on your screening results. We do require all lease holders maintain renter's insurance throughout the duration of their lease.

2 yr lease. Pros were: quiet/clean community. "Dog park" was a nice option. Pool was kept clean. Always had a body to answer questions. Office hours were manageable. Online pay - user friendly. Loved the sidewalk/near by community park/within 15 min drive for most needs.
Cons: u never knew when maintenace was coming & rarely left note of service. Hot tub looked gross never used. Auto break ins will happen. (Open access lot) management/staff changed up a lot. You will hear your neighbors. Storage is tight.

So someone wrote a review not long ago saying that service requests take forever? I've lived here a few months now and every time I've put in a request it has been taken care of within 48 hours max. The other day my air conditioner wasn't working correctly and Brooke had maintenance over within 30 minutes and it was fixed that afternoon. As for the renovations, we were all notified well in advance that they were coming. Not to mention that they are a GOOD thing. Management is working so hard to make this place amazing!

Have ignored my request for my deposit. Apt was left spotless.
Edit to respond to owner on 12/10/19.....Well considering I am a L5 paraplegic as a result of my accident that left me in hospital for over 5 months I wasn't left with a choice. As I said my friend left the apt spotless.
She promised it would be vacated by Feb 28 and it was. So you could have easily found a new tenant.

Imagine that folks, I am unable to walk and Tanglewood Apartments treat me like this. Run potential tenants, run away fast.

While living in Oklahoma, my husband and I were looking for a permanent residence in Pensacola and after what seemed like thousands of phone calls, we found Tanglewood Apartments. Jordan and Tiffany were wonderful to deal with and answered all our questions honestly and with full disclosure. They sent us pictures of the actual apartment we moved into because we were moving into it sight unseen. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the complex is well maintained, from the clean laundry room and gym to the sparkling pool area and parking lot. Since we've been here we've had 1 maintenance issue

The employees in the leasing office are always so sweet. Especially Miss Jordan, she is always in a good mood and try to make you laugh. Tanglewood is in such a nice area as well. Love how they have a pool and the maintence guys are always on point with things and willing to help out! Definitely recommend!

Went in to inquire about a property based on a friend's recommendation. Property was quiet and well kept. I spoke with Jordan and Tiffany in the office, both ladies were very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately they did not have anything available at the time but both ladies assured me they would let me know when something became available. Thank you again :)

I love my apartment, this is my first one on my own and it has everything i could ever need. No need to pay for a gym membership because there's a 24/7 fitness center including on the property. Also no need to go to the beach since there's a pool and hot tub as well. The ladies in the office are awesome too!
