Took my car in to get a transmission serviced and the price was fair. Although, Leo's customer service was very abrupt and short and if you were looking for answers to questions about your vehicle you got one word answers in return. As I said the pricing was acceptable. 3/5. The only issue I have was with customer service. He wasn't very welcoming but I guess that's not really something you really need if you just need your vehicle serviced.

I cannot recommend going to Leo for repairs or any automotive work. Customer service was almost non existent. Communication about my vehicle and what was wrong was left to a few words. My problem was not fixed after the work was done. The shop wasn’t even open when I showed up for my scheduled and agreed upon drop off time. No apologies or explanation was given.
I was not offered a free of charge diagnosis or any work when I let Leo know about the persistent problem.
I went elsewhere and had all of my needs and concerns met and answered. Leo’s apparently didn’t properly diagnose my car

I got a flat tire whie trying to go get my sick daughter from school, but he was too busy to help. I sat there, then decided to drive on the flat to the tire shop,as he suggested I drove... on the flat. AAA was called, but they were gonna be an hour! I drove there,then AAA called. They wondered why I needed them at a repair shop. I was so disappointed!! The guy was working on cars, while I sat there watching him ignore ME.... and be too busy to give me 5 minutes. I'm a paying customer too. I will never, ever ,ever go back. And I'm local, walking distance!

I will never go there again!!! Why do I need to call AAA to change a tire... but I'm at a repair shop? They ignored me after telling me to drive on a flat, to the tire place bout a mile from them. That messes up your rims right? Don't know why.... but I am of color, but non threatening... school employee

I was just leaving to drive to the lower desert to celebrate birthdays with my friend. The battery icon turned on as I left my home. I stopped at Leo's before driving down the hill. He was so kind as to help me out right away. He ordered a part, since the wires were chewed, and fixed my problem, and I was on my way in 1/2 hour!!! The price He charges was very reasonable! I have had work done by him in the past, and I will return to him in the future.
