Just moved in a few days ago and so far it’s good! Everyone I’ve spoken to has been extremely kind and helpful, especially Jamie and Homer. I’ve never been more excited to move into an apartment- the appliances look brand new and it was so clean on my move-in day. I’ll be giving an update of my experience living here after my lease is up, but I just wanted put out there how nice everyone has been after seeing all the reviews.

In my time there I saw break-ins where the maintenance guy wouldnt even fix the door, bed bugs and cockroaches infest entire buildings and then they move people into the building anyways. The management is completely incompetent. They were extremely demeaning and were very aggressive with me, a break in happened a few days before I moved out and the maintenance guy harrassed me in my own place and insinuated I had just "stirred up noise" despite broken glass being all over the place. This place is stressful, dirty living and the general public deserves much better for their money.

They moved me into a building that had been infested by cockroaches 1 month prior to me moving in, and they did not treat the whole building causing me at move out to be forced to throw out everything I had over $8,000 in possessions, and I moved out because they used a BS term of my previous employment to force me out in only 10 days with Covid… going full steam at the time. they have serious bed bug and cockroach issues, and Edward Rose always has issues with maintenance wanting to just barge in like they can do anything they want. when I was moving out someone broke a window at my apartment

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Apartments are out dated and over priced. They kept sending me noise violations for my child just simply being a child because the lady underneath me could here us every time we just got up to walk. I paid too much money for this place to Cater to a lady who lived in hers for free because she worked for the company. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I RESIDED AT 8318 LAKESIDE DRIVE APT 2B, FORT WAYNE, IN 46816. FROM 2017-2021. WHILE I LIVED THERE WE WERE ILLEGALLY SURVEILLED INSIDE OUR APARTMENT WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT, HARASSED, STALKED, ALL OF OUR PRIVACY & RIGHTS WERE VIOLATED, BANK ACCOUNTS, DEBIT CARDS, CELLPHONES, SMART TV'S, TEXTS, E-MAILS, SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS, ITEMS STOLEN… AND MUCH MORE BY THE STAFF AND SOME OF THEIR FRIENDS THAT LIVED THERE. These people RAISED my fiancé’s rent in April/May of 2020 (in the middle of a Global Pandemic).
He had been told before signing anything (during a tour) that they’d do a 3, 6, or 12 month lease- only to find out later that they wouldn’t.
The guy that had lied to him at the tour doesn’t work there anymore- but South Bridge should have honored that.

This place is a terrible renter, the area is nice, the people are awful, and the managers are even more disrespectful. Southbridge agreed to a certain thing about my rent and is now take double the money from me, charging me an outrageous amount of money, after I have already called 3 times and solved the same issue with them. So disrespectful and would not recommend renting from them.

This is my fourth year here. I love my apartment. The view out of my sliding door is gorgeous. I have amazing neighbors who are very quiet and respectful of our community. The office staff and management team are warm, friendly, and so helpful. On top of all that the maintenance team is also very helpful, responsive, and great about getting it right the first time. I absolutely love it here.

When you sign lease they will offer bunch of discount and later when you might cancel lease they will take all discounts back and charge you bunch of money. Also 500 dollar termination charges with atleast 1 month notice. Be aware of stupid charges coming your way which you might not expect. Plus office people are very rudeeee
