Evi grew up in Lower Bucks County and moved into Upper Black Eddy in 1997. She has been a patient at our office since 1998 and has always loved the family atmosphere. Evi lives locally with her husband and one of her 2 daughters, one of whom also works here and the other is a patient (She's pretty sure she has the only kids who fight over who gets to go first when getting their check-ups).

A preventive program is a cooperative effort by the patient, dentist, and dental staff to preserve the natural dentition and supporting structures by preventing the onset, progress, and recurrence of dental diseases and conditions. Preventing dental disease starts at home with good oral hygiene and a balanced diet.
A comprehensive dental exam will be performed by your dentist at your initial dental visit. Examination of diagnostic X-rays (radiographs): Essential for detection of decay, tumors, cysts, and bone loss. X-rays also help determine tooth and root positions. Oral cancer screening: Check the face, neck, lips, tongue, throat, tissues, and gums for any signs of oral cancer.

We have been going to Rakowsky Family Dentistry for nearly 15 years. Dr.Larry and staff are all very knowledgeable about every procedure performed, and our entire family has had a range of services from simple dental cleanings, to full cosmetic restorative work done. They do an excellent job of putting anxiety to rest and really care for their patients. Office staff is top notch as well, and treat you like family. Always enjoy walking into their office and being given a friendly greeting!

Moved to this area from another state, not long ago. Had a great dentist there. Didn't think I could find a great one again. I did find one. Dr. Rakowsky and his staff are quite skilled and friendly too. I feel like I am in very good hands when I'm there. They take the time to explain what's happening and are quite gentle as they do the work. I would recommend them.

I love this place! My family has been coming here for many years. The staff are so kind and nurturing. It's like a family! I always feel very cared for and my daughters love it too! The dentist, dental hygenists and assistants are very skilled and thorough. They are also very accommodating to family schedule needs.

The Rakowsky dental office is a very warm and welcoming place. The staff will always greet patients and they are friendly to everyone. The staff is also quite competent when checking patients out or answering their questions. The doctors and the hygienists are also well trained and very professional. They truly care about the patients as people, not just as patients. The entire experience is positive thanks to all of the employees.

The team at Rakowsky Family Dentistry treat you like family. They personally care for every aspect and detail of your visit. They are very concerned that you are happy with the results of any cosmetic dental work, including crowns. I highly recommend Dr. Larry and Staff because they truly are a caring team. I’ve been seeing Dr. Larry and his staff for over 25 years, and they have always treated me with
care, concern and a very positive attitude. Doctors offices with excellent MD’s AND Staff are very rare to
find these days. I’ve recommended this practice to friends over the years, and I wouldn’t have done so
if I didn’t feel confident my friends would be treated well.

I had my Quarterly teeth cleaning at the office last week. The front desk staff was very welcoming and I was taken back to the operatory promptly. My hygienist, Lisa, did a great job cleaning and polishing my teeth and did a thorough cancer screening. She always asks if I have any questions and is happy to educate me about oral health.
Overall a great visit. I would highly recommend Rakowsky Family Dentistry.

One of the best! I’ve been going to Dr. Larry Rakowsky for over 20 years and I have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff. Dr. Larry puts his patience first with his practice. Throughout the years I have gotten everything done from root canals to tooth extractions. During the procedures he does everything in his power to make sure you are comfortable during the experience. Dr. Larry and his staff really know how to truly treat the patient not just the problem. I would highly recommend Dr. Larry and his practice.

I've been a patient of the practice for over 20 years and would highly recommend Rakowsky Family Dentistry to everyone. The dental staff is always friendly and professional and provides excellent dental care during and after your visit. The office staff is friendly and able to answer and help out with questions about billing and insurance. They offer senior discounts but are not affiliated with any insurance plans. The treatment rooms are clean, well lighted and equipped with the latest in dental technology.
