Worst company but nice looking properties ever to rent from. I literally had to move because of black mold in 2020, April17th I quit breathing and I ended up on steroids, pain meds for my lungs, and a nebulizer to breath, it gave me severe asthma. No one new the mold was in the wet shaft apparently it had been leaking for quite some time and maintenance was never called about it. was there until I called a professional company out called Cararra Mold and Restoration and they did their testing, I paid for it Because Gross Residential could care less if I breathed or not. I'm a single mother um.

They do NOT take care of their properties or their tenants. They allow my sister to deal with LEAKS COMING FROM THE CEILING to where my sister fell and cracked her head and NO ONE WANTS TO DO ANYTHING! During a pandemic and constant problems and puddles in apartments. I think it's time the necessary actions needs to be taken since you and dear creek apartments are irresponsible and careless. You should hear from news stations too 🙂

Update: They are not wanting to stop payment on my second check - who knows the reason why. Looks like they just want to keep my money from me. So frustrating as NO ONE there seems to want to help.
Lost my apartment that I had put a deposit on due to the fact that the current resident refused to leave. This happened about a month ago. they originally told me that my refund would take up to 30 days, but because I made a stink they sent out my check that week. HOWEVER, they addressed the check to the wrong person and I couldn't deposit my check. So I returned my check two weeks ago and still have
