Golden Rule Real Estate Team was founded by Scott and Jennifer Gray, with the goal of providing superior real estate management for property owners across the Huntsville, Alabama area. Seasoned property managers and real estate brokers, The Gray's hope in creating this unique firm was to exceed expectations.
As landlords ourselves, the Golden Rule Real Estate Team knows the challenges of property management first-hand. Based on our personal experiences hiring property managers to manage our own properties, we found ourselves desiring more responsive, proactive and honest property management services. My husband and I have had rental properties for many years and we always rented and maintained them ourselves. We thought we would always be able to continue working. But my husband got very sick and was unable to do our maintenance and I tried to carry on hoping he would get able to work again. Did not happen. Time marched on and I was in an accident that left me incapacitated. We got Golden Rule Property Management to manage our properties. They are doing a great job! We are ecstatic to have Scott and his team now managing our condo HOA which has been in distress for a long time. The changes for the better were immediate! He got us a better deal on the trash and dumpster service that's been a huge savings and a relief. The lawn care service he uses has also done a great job so the property looks better then it's looked in a long time. Scott and his team took over management of my properties in March of 2016, and I would do it all over again. Mine is a turn around story that, took some faith with on my part. Scott and his team did not let me down. I went from "barely rentable", to "nice and clean" units, that have no problem being rented. Golden Rule works fast, but smart. Their expertise shows itself in their results. I couldn't be happier with their efforts.
