Really a horrible business. I was towed Friday around 9 pm from a grocery store parking lot (starting to think it was illegal/predatory towing) and I tried to get my car back straight away but was told I'd have to wait until Monday and pay storage fees until then. The people who answer the phones don't work at the lot or have any knowledge of what is happening there, they're a third-party service. One of them was nice enough to call me back and let me know I could catch the morning tow driver at 8 am to get my car back. I went up there Saturday at 8 and no one was there. I called and they told

First off, I'ma real dude. I needed a tow and all of these other "tow companies" in Oakland wouldn't answer their phone. One company still is 20 minutes away (I called two hours ago). I called this company because I know you can't always believe bad ratings. Besides, ratings are just opinions. The operator was really nice, the guy that helped was really nice. Down to earth people. They got to me quick. Got the car up fast. Took me to a shop that gave me a good price on tires. If you are stuck somewhere, call this company. It's a small operation with good people. The slumlord workers and owners take advantage of anyone that falls in their traps, I will pray for the sorry folks that have this disgusting tow trucks show up to "HELP"
