Critical: Professionalism
An absolute scam. When I called them for a tow, they said over the phone it would 295. I said I only needed to pull my car out of a park lift. They pulled the car out 10 feet which took 30 minutes then gave me a bill for $885, saying that it was a minimum 3 hours. Do not come here, they are trifling.

Terrible customer service to a point where I'm unhappy enough to help future prospects out.
I called in at 8:15am and was quoted $85-$135 for a tire change depending on the difficulty. I called back at around 8:20am and took the job. They told me they would arrive in 30-45minutes at 8:20am and arrived at 9:30am.
After the job finished, the driver told me he was charging me $165 for the job -- almost double the minimum and well over the maximum. They didn't mention anything about the extra fees and the "difficulty" was probably at the minimum.
Save yourselves money, a wait, and go somewhere else

Can I give a half star?
I was given a quote of $180 and an extra fee if I couldn't get my car out of park and put it into neutral.
These guys are brokers who sell your job to random towing operators.
The woman who answered the phone and gave me the quote was great.
The guy who actually showed up and towed my car was great.
Super nice and friendly.
Why the half star?
They charged me $250 to go 6 miles.
I towed my car to a garage the next day and went roughly the same distance and was charged $60.
If they charged me the $180 that I was quoted, I would give them a 5 star rating

Terrible experience!!! DO NOT call for their services!!! When I call for a quote and provide them all the correct information (Garage Clarence, car model, condition, etc), we had a deal that was 175 dollars per hour with a minimum of two hours (350 dollars in total). When the driver arrived, he asked for 625 dollars to tow the car away, but it took less than 1.5 hours in total. When the car was towed to the auto repair center, I gave him 700 dollars in cash, he ran away without giving back the exchange. As a student, I had to spend 700 dollars just for towing the car to a service shop, doubling

What a joke. I work in the industry and have never seen this kind of service. They brought a car in to the driveway from 1/2 block away. Lady on the phone said "$49.00 to hook up the vehicle, $35 to $75 to tow depending on distance". Driver didn't care to hear anything from me, just said take it up with the corp. They showed up late and charged $140 to tow the car 1/2 a block....never again, use anyone else

Wow - very scary guys. I called for a battery replacement. They gave a low quote in the phone, took my credit card number, and said they were sending a truck right away. Hours passed and they hadn't arrived. I called back and was told they were in traffic. The listed address is less than a few miles from my house. Another hour and a guy from Toro towing in Richmond and charged me $300 (mileage from Richmond apparently). Completely different company, from a completely different city. When I questioned the price as not what I was quoted, the guy on the phone was really scary - threatening

Called for information to tow an illegally parked vehicle from private property. They said they don't offer that service. Their website clearly says they do. I pointed that out and suggested they update their website. Not a big deal until the guy I was talking to decided to solve this issue by hanging up me.
