Called Andy's towing to get my Land Rover towed from Mill Valley to Oakland. My car left me stranded and AAA was unable to help. Andy's answered quickly, dispatched within 30 minutes and got my vehicle home safely for repairs. Price was reasonable, driver was chatty if a little unprofessional, but not something I'd deduct a star for. Thanks for moving my disabled car quickly. I appreciate you.

My car abruptly stopped at a 2-lane freeway exit -- worst place to clog traffic! I called Andy and within 20 minutes he arrived. My car wouldn't go to neutral and this man spent 15 minutes to manually override it and after what seemed like an eternity he was able to complete this very difficult task. He saved the day and drove me to Audi Oakland. I would use this man again in a heartbeat. Top-notch service.

Highly recommended. Have been towed 3 times over the last 4 years by Andy's towing and every experience was stress free and easy. He answers the phone promptly and is really quick to arrive on site ( depending on how far away he is.) Reasonably priced and he's even given me a ride home from auto shop a couple of times (he was going my way.) Took care not to damage the car and secured it safely on flatbed tow truck. He just bought a fancy new tow truck so his equipment is being upgraded. A+++ will use again!

When I say that this man is a (( LIFE SAVER )) believe me!
So I'm taking my classic 59 Cadillac out for a spin on date night and OF COURSE it blows a coolant hose.
So I got stuck at the gas station and call Andy. Not only did he have the best price! He was there in 20 minutes flat!!! Talk about relieved.. he was extra careful with my baby and he recommended a shop for me to take her (which I used and it worked out.) All I can say is I've been using his service ever since !!

Andy was a lifesaver. I got a flat and after calling roadside assistance services to no avail, I found Andy and gave him a call. He gave me the most reasonable quote I found and said he'd be there in 15 min. 15 min later he arrived and we got moving.

Five stars all the way for Andy! After waiting for AAA and calling for update 4x to expedite due to car blocking traffic and cops waiting with us for over 2 hours.... We gave up on AAA and very desperate to just go home. I called anything I could find and Andy towing came up as one of the closest near our location. He said he would come in 20 mins and he did! Never seen someone do handle something so quick and professionally and also reasonable price! Thanks Andy for saving us today! We really appreciate it.

I just met Andy tonight after what could have become a catastrophe if he hadn't been there. Long story short I had my car up on stands while working on a brake. Surface wasn't flat (yes I'm an idiot) and it began to shift as I raised it to put the wheel back on. At one point it fell off my jack and even pitched towards me. After stabilizing it I needed someone who could help me come up with a way to jack the car back up so I could get the wheel on.
Two other tow companies wouldn't even bother to come out and take a look, but Andy was here in 30 minutes and within 5 more I

My car battery had died and I needed to move my vehicle out of the garage where it was stored. I called many different places and Andy had the best price and could arrive the fastest. Andy was a true roadside angel when my old car died at 10:30 at night, in a rainstorm. He came when no other company would (could?), and was so friendly and comforting, and quick, as to wipe away the horror of the preceding hour. He even gave my friend a ride to her house after dropping me and the car at mine. He came all the way from San Francisco to do the job. I can't recommend him highly enough!

All I have to say is service was A-1! I called another tow company, I won't say the name but sounds like disney, they told me there was a wait of 50 min. Called Andy and he was able to show up in about 15 minutes and cost was more than half of what the other company quoted me. He got me and my van home promptly and safely. I will definitely recommend this company.
