The driver - (which I was told later was the owner by a friend after she told me her horrible service she received) was too lazy to back his truck up into the driveway so then proceeded to drive my sons car (a Lexus) that was in a wreck from the driveway into the street onto the ramp as if he were driving a perfectly normal car scraping the exhaust along the way. We then watched him wipe his disgusting oily hands all over the white leather in the car. Zero respect for peoples property. Next time we call insurance for a tow we will request a different towing company.

I watched one of their drivers run a red light while on the phone not paying attention to his surroundings. It wasn't a late red it was a full blown red. My light was green when he went through the intersection. Not a safe driver. Hopefully this isn't a common practice with this company and that they don't sweep it under the rug and hope it goes away.

This tow truck ran me off the on ramp to the 5 south freeway. He made me swerve into the next lane and pulled up next to me to flip me off. If I could have done more than flip him off I would have. Too bad we were in our vehicles. If I see you again try to be a grown man and be courteous to smaller vehicles SHARING the freeway with you.
