Well this is my experience with Anaheim tow. Hey they are just doing their job when they come to tow your vehicle . It's not their fault the Fullerton Police department like to pull you over occasionally to harass you for no reason, and tow your car when it's only two months out of date. Proceeds to lookinside my vehicle without permission , tows my Mercedes Benz CLK430 AMG Convertable for exp.tags. My birthday was in a few hours from that point. Oh yeah the tow truck driver did a great job hooking it up onto the flatbed without a hitch. No pun intended. They also were a great help when retrieving

There are so many bad reviews and we had a horrible experience with another towing company earlier in the day so I was skeptical but this company was great. Both the office and the driver were extremely helpful. They came out quicker than anticipated and towed our 31ft RV to the shop. It was such a seamless transaction. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a heavy tow.

I must say when you have to deal with a towing company for an impounded vehicle it's usually a nightmare, but here at Anaheim Fullerton Towing they were different they treated me with respect and patience and help me out with what they could! This was the best experience I've ever had with a Towing company. It's too bad more towing companies aren't like them.

Money hungry thieves. It's like they say" oh people are getting stimulus let me f**ked them over" they towed my car while park outside my house just because I was behind on my tags.not even a cop would do this they would just have ticketed me.Sorry we're IN the middle of a pandemic and can't afford certain things. If I couldn't afford that let alone $800 to fix my tags and pay this place. But now I gotta barrow money from people because they decided to take my only way of transportation to be able to work and feed my family. They are the meaning of having no remorse

Watch out. They'll steal your things right out of your car. My husband was involved in a car accident at midnight and they were called to tow the truck. He came back today and the headsets he used LAST NIGHT were gone. We know you took them. He went to the gym and took them off before the accident. Bunch of crooks.

My mom in law has been stuck in Peru for over 2 months. Her non-operational car was towed 5/5 because it wasn't moved in a while and I barely got back into the country to try to locate it.
She's still stuck in a foreign country with military in the streets.
Anyway, finally found the car here.

My sister was involved in an auto accident and paramedics failed to remove her wheelchair from the car before having it towed away from the scene. Anaheim PD didn't make finding the location of where the car was towed to any easier. After almost 3 hours I was finally given a phone number for where the vehicle was brought. When I arrived at Anaheim Fullerton Towing Bill and Jeremiah were beyond helpful with helping me obtain her chair and other belongings. Thank you sooooo much for making an already bad situation a whole lot easier.

Worst company ever!!!! Initially I was looking for another towing company but apparently google sent me to the wrong location... I walk into this place and the girl in the front had the nastiest attitude on planet earth, instead of greeting us with a hello she proceeded to rudely say what do you want! Is that even a way to ask a question then she kept confronting me aggressively with everything I said anyways thankfully I was at the wrong location and my car wasn't here because from all I've read this is the worst place ever!!! Turned out my car was in a much safer place locked in a garage

So today I was driving down harbor blvd by Disneyland and of course that area is full of traffic so everyone was going slow. So I don't see what the heck is this guy problems. Maybe he is just racist or this whole company is racist. The guy then drives up to the side of me and then proceed to yell and drop some f bombs and being really racist to me. Before we drove off he told all of my kind should go back to China. I'm not from China idiot! Definitely do not do business with this racist company!!

Wow can't say enough about this company. Have you heard that one before? These guys were amazing and saved the day. High roof sprinter van, DOA pinched space in front and back and they Snagged it out after several hours. Their quote was good from the start, they rolled several trucks to try to fix a bad situation and never once called to complain hinted additional charges or ask for more money. I'd use his guys again in a second. I might go in the car business to give them more business. thank you very much appreciate it all. Gracias.

People are rude as hell, don't call them for your towing service; DON'T waste your time; Lady in the front desk didn't acknowledge the fact I walked in; waited for her to attend me after 5-10 mintues... trying to pick up my vehicle she had no idea what I was talking about.. didn't know how to look up if my car was in the lot.. than later tells me she can not give me my car that it has a hold; no proper explanation of why; than ask for my registration letting her know the third time the paper work was in the vehicle..
