If I could give them negative stars I would Horrible service we hired them to move an RV a half hour away and they charge us $1300 which we willingly paid but the driver got to the lot at 11 o'clock at night which is three hours after we were talking to them about moving it that night. We had no updates as to when this driver was going to arrive come to find out since he got there so late the gate was unfortunately closed so we contacted them in the morning thinking they would rectify the situation and they tell us they're gonna charge us another four hours in order for them to get

The driver was quick to our location and he was patient when the car we requested towing for was blocked in by another lame vehicle. But the price was just insane. $236 to tow my car 6 miles. No breakdown of the cost and also requested we pay him in cash which seemed shady. I would never recommend using this company.

I called several towing companies and they were all so expensive. I spoke to Linda who so was so patient and helpful at my time of need, she got me reasonable quote and sent help. After calling Boardwalk Towing to pick up a car that we just won at an auction they told me 45 minutes. AFTER an hour and a half, I decided to call and see what the ETA was. Nick answered the phone and told me it would be 15 minutes longer and then again and again. The end reault:i waited 3 hours for them to show up...It got worse $395 for 20 miles !!!what happened to customer service like you made me wait over 3 hours and you can even offer me a discount you still want to charge me an outrageous price? crazy

Called today to obtain a quote and schedule an appointment to tow my car from one city to another. The representative who picked up the phone was rude from the very beginning and was not helpful in any way. In fact, when I asked questions, she cut me off and said very rudely and loud, "Thank you," before hanging up on me. I wish I took a name, because this representative has the potential to sabotage the company. The owner should be aware of this!
