Stop!!! The customer service was great the tow truck was there very quick as well but something didn't seem right. The tow truck driver was trying to scam me into paying extra 10$ for every mile. He stated that the quote I was giving was only for towing service fees which was 200$. Then when I tried calling back to the towing customer service it kept sending my directly to his phone number (tow truck driver) so I called back with a different phone and finally I was able to reach customer service and they told me I shouldn't be paying extra 10 for every mile total price was 200$ cash nothing

First off let me say that I called Kennedy Bros Towing for a job, but I think they subbed it out to Green Locksmith and Tow. I scheduled to have 2 tow trucks show up at a location in Santa Fe Springs to pick up 2 20' machines at 10AM a week in advance. The day of the job, I told them that the crew was behind schedule and we need to move the time to 11AM. Well it was a good thing I called, because they had me on the schedule for 5PM. A single tow truck showed up at 11AM and drove right past us in the parking lot moving the machines to be towed. Then he parked by the front door and sat there. I thought

Great and very fast response. A great tech came out by the name of joel, very friendly and great customer service skills. Great pricing too for the convenience that came with the service. It was my first time using their service and my insurance company had screwed me over when I asked for their help. Overall great and fast service and now I can get back to my work
