Since 1987 our instructors have provided fun and exciting classes that teach the important values like courtesy, patience, respect, self-control and integrity for over 30 years! The vision of Eastgate Kenpo is to build a better community by helping people get into shape, be safe and at the same time instill the life skills and character of a true martial artist.
Me and my husband enjoy taking the adult classes. It is a good workout that isn't stagnant or boring and at the same time we are learning defense skills for real life. Even as a beginner you get to work. Since starting lessons nearly a year ago my boys self confidence has improved greatly with the push to do their best and praise for their efforts.

These values and life skills will lead to remarkable improvements in academics, careers, and relationships, literally making a better community one Black Belt at a time. We are committed to providing quality Martial Arts instruction to each and every student. We place a strong emphasis on discipline and respect, with all our teaching done as if we were working with our own family.
Our curriculum is a comprehensive self protection system of blocking, striking, kicking, grappling and weapon techniques. We offer many different class times and days giving you many options to develop a convenient and practical schedule for you or your child. To maximize your training we recommend attending classes at least twice a week.
This is a fun filled class with the Birthday Party Child being the Star of the Show. Our Birthday Parties are 1 hours of fast paced, action packed fun and games. The Birthday Child will wear a Birthday Black Belt & cut their cake with a real Samurai Sword! The "Karate Birthday Bash"is for up to 25 people, you supply: Cake, Refreshments & Decorations.
Our INTRODUCTORY PROGRAM begins with a short orientation where you will learn the school's formalities, class schedules and receive your free uniform. You will then be able to begin your month of group classes at your earliest convenience. Our classes are designed to help you achieve your goals through Kenpo Karate, whether it will be self-defense, fitness, confidence or discipline.

First class teaching and growth location in our area. Our young son is 2 years ther and just moved to the Black Belt Club. He has matured and progressed far beyond our expectations and dreams. His self confidence has increased which has helped greatly in school and all phases of his life and growth as a young man. Wonderful staff and facilities, we are very pleased with his experience with them and so is he.
