I am so impressed with this little flower shop 💕 Absolutely amazing customer service. Some of the nicest people around also. I had a fantastic experience here. I'm terrible and forgot the person's name but you had awesome green hair and your name began with an A. You went out of your way to put a flower arrangement together when I popped in to the store wanting to surprise my wife with some flowers. What you put together was beautiful and she loved it. I lost track of time and despite the shop closing, you waited to tell me the flowers were placed in a great spot out front so I could still give my wife her surprise. Thank you so much!! We will remember this forever.

My mother in-law and I chose and paid for an expensive arrangement of flowers and chocolates for my wifes birthday. They sent a cheap arrangement that looks nothing like what we ordered and never sent the chocolate. When called about the problem, they said they would resend the order and it would be delivered today, idk if the person working the counter doesnt pay attention or is just an inconsiderate liar that knowingly rips people off. I placed an order on Friday of last week to have some flowers delivered to my daughter who has really helped us out during this pandemic. My husband lost his job because of the Covid 19 virus and we have been going thru some difficult times.I wanted to say "Thank you." I went to the website and found an arrangement that would be to her liking with lots of pink flowers. I called and ordered an arrangement (B55) with an upgrade. I paid $15 more to have them upgrade the arrangement. I also requested a pink vase, a helium balloon and 2 latex balloons. When I put in the original order the woman I spoke

Received an order of flowers from y'all ordered through From You Flowers. Sender paid for premium and it's a complete rip off. $80 some flowers and a pile of leaves. Do not recommend.

Wilted flowers were delivered, but giving them 5 stars due to the amazing and very understanding customer service to correct it! My boyfriend surprised me with flowers today on our anniversary but they arrived wilted, looking ragged and the vase was dripping wet like it had tipped over in the car or something. My boyfriend called and he said the man was very nice and understanding, and told him they would send out new flowers by the end of the day. The shop then called back and told him they were upgrading the flowers! The new arrangement is beautiful!!! Thank you Charlotte's Fiesta for having

My company needed 12 long-stemmed red roses for a ceremony in 3 hours and no one in Austin had any accept Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers. They were our savior and immediately put together the most beautiful arrangement within 10 minutes. Molly was incredibly helpful from the beginning, from taking our order to spraying glitter on the roses to make them pop. I support local floral shops and I highly recommend this flower shop. You can't miss their shop from the street view. Parking is limited but plenty of street parking.
