I called this morning (last minute) to have an arrangement delivered today, my request was for something pink with Star Gazers. The flowers exceeded my expectations at a very reasonable price. I asked Martha if they could text me a photo before delivery and I was pleasantly surprised. I will use them again in the future.

Five stars!!! My childhood best friend and her fiancé decide to elope in Austin. We are from Michigan, so I’m not familiar with the area at all. Since I couldn’t be there to attend the elopement, we wanted to do something special from afar! Decided to get flowers for the bride and groom’s pictures. I called around to multiple florists in the area and didn’t have a good experience or much luck. Finally talked to ParkCrest and they saved the day! They were able to do exactly what we wanted, even this close to Valentine’s Day. They were so lovely on the phone and the outcome was just perfect

If I could give Martha a million stars I absolutely would! She was the absolute best to work with and so much fun. The flowers far exceeded my expectations and was my favorite thing about the wedding since I love everything floral. They also didn’t charge an arm and a leg which is crazy because it’s Austin! I look forward to working with Martha again in hopefully the near future!

Martha did an AMAZING job on the floral arrangements for our wedding. Everything came out beautiful and exactly how I had pictured it in my head.
When we met with her, she made us feel like her friends rather than her new clients. Very friendly and helpful. She kept in touch with us when needed, and even called me the day before our wedding to let me know she included a couple upgrades at no extra charge. THANK YOU for helping make our day perfect!

Parkcrest did a wonderful job on our wedding! From our very first consultation where they carefully walked us through what we wanted and how to do it the right way (and within our budget!), to working with me just a few weeks before the wedding to talk through a couple of last minute changes, to the AMAZING job they did on the day, from being on time and getting the arch ready, and just everything, it all went very smoothly and they were super fun and professional through the whole process. Out of the 5 flower shops I contacted about bouquets for my wedding, ParkCrest Floral Design was the only one who sat me down and made a sample bouquet with the flowers I had chosen. Martha and Kimberly were beyond helpful. They are down to earth, friendly, and want to make sure every customer is satisfied. The BEST florist in Austin. Martha and Kimberly just did our youngest daughter's wedding. They did our oldest daughter's wedding 6 years ago and we would never have considered going to another florist. They are so easy to work with and go above and beyond your expectations. The attention to detail is fabulous and even though I have two girls with very different tastes, they saw each vision and gave each bride the flowers of their dreams. Martha and Kimberly at Parkcrest Floral went above and beyond, and completely surpassed my expectations of how beautiful our wedding florals could be!! I had a very specific idea in mind of what I wanted and Martha listened with an open mind and created bouquets and boutonnieres that were stunning! They combined hydrangeas, roses and succulents to create a wintery southwestern style that was elegant and unique - my bouquet was so gorgeous!

Not once did I ever say the bouquet was beautiful if that was the case I wouldn't have complained about it in store or came on yelp and complained about it.. I was never informed that the flowers wouldn't be the color that I asked for or made to be wilted looking or absolutely nothing like what I ordered nor did I leave happy to say the least.. Not until I complained about it did u try to add more more flowers to it and take some out to make it look accordingly which it never came close too you did not even have the right flowers that I was told was going to be ordered!! ParkCrest is THE place for wedding florals. When I got engaged I started calling vendors all I kept hearing was "You are going to pay in the thousands". I'm sorry but no. I LOVE flowers, I really do, in my opinion they're essential to a nice wedding. But I'm not going to pay thousands of dollars for them, I don't love them that much. But ParkCrest was different, they gave me the exact flowers I wanted at the budget I had originally set for myself. They also asked for a small deposit which was awesome for a budget bride having to shell out early planning deposits back

The ladies at ParkCrest are super nice and helpful! I met with them to talk about flowers for my wedding. THey are super knowledgable and helped me decide what flowers would work best for a June outdoor wedding. They also give you plenty of options if you're a bride on a budget. The owner is a lot of fun and was nice enough to pull out the flowers to show me what she was seeing. They also gave me a small little bouquet to take home. It's a great little shop!

We went small scale on flowers for a Thursday night wedding, but Martha worked with us to find the right pieces to pop for our ceremony. She suggested a more sculptural calla lily/rose design for my bridal bouquet, and a more traditional design for the bridal party.
Simply put, she nailed it.

I had the day off and i was trying to find a florist for my wedding. it was pretty much the last major thing on my list and i was dying to get it done. i was very disappointed with the service I had received at a few other places, and park crest floral was my last try for the day.
i had to set up an appointment to come back a little later, which was fine with me. upon coming back, we (my husbands grandma came with me) were greeted and set up at the front counter to check out some colors and designs. martha had a ton of energy but was also a very good listener. she didn't pressure me at all
