Services
We can accommodate smaller scale events for either pick up or delivery within our normal hours and delivery range. We are not a full-service event florist. We can include vases in the price quote, or vases may be supplied by client and quote will be adjusted accordingly. Events cancelled two weeks or MORE, prior to the scheduled pick up/delivery date, may receive a 75% refund.
Although he pours his heart into every flower arrangement for his wonderful customers, Cliff is most at home with Bar-B-Que and power tools. He and his lovely wife Janice spend spare time relaxing at their country home with "their" 2 longhorns, Spike and Curly. Jessica began her career with Ben White Florist in January of 2000.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. To maintain quality and freshness we are unable to deliver corsages, boutonnieres or any wedding work. For more information on these products please call the store. In the event that a recipient is not home the driver will leave a note on the FRONT DOOR and a message on the phone # provided for recipient.
Ben White Florist offers same day Austin flower delivery services Monday through Friday, if all items are ordered before 12:00 PM (CST). Saturday same day delivery requires items to be ordered before 10:00 AM (CST). In order to guarantee same day delivery the order must also be paid for prior to delivery.

This team is uh-mazing. I ordered a summer arrangement for a friend and they immediately emailed me an invoice with a personalized message addressing a special delivery request I had asked about. They did their best to accommodate this and then delivered a B E A U T I F U L arrangement at what coincidentally was the perfect arrival time. I think they’re just that good. None of the flowers/fluffers looked dead/dying/wilted/sad like I’ve seen with other companies, and the colors/varieties were spaced out pretty fairly.

I am so glad they delivered my wife's valentines day flowers yesterday(the day before valentines day) instead of on Valentines day like I had originally scheduled. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday from here. I live out of state and was looking for a local florist who could do same-day delivery. Of the various websites I checked out, Ben White Florist had the prettiest arrangements and the best prices.
I got updates throughout the day on the status of my order. The flowers arrived in the morning and looked just like the picture on the website. I'll definitely order for here again - a super easy way to support local Austin businesses even though I'm no longer local.

Manager able to make exception to deliver flowers to a location they normally don't deliver to. I ordered the funky flowers upgraded! Birthday recipient is STOKED. I placed the order and they left immediately after completion and was on bday girls hands in less than an hour. The flowers were beyond what was expected. Thank you for making these Belated flowers so special for my friend.

I called Ben White Florist (BWF) to order flowers for the funeral of a coworker's mother. I hadn't looked at BWF's website beforehand, so Customer Service helped me choose a beautiful floral basket at a price that was within my price range. Based on past experience, I believed that the price was quite reasonable. Everyone I talked to was polite, patient, and helpful.

I ordered a corsage and boutonnière from the website. I was able to request specific colors and the results were so perfect. We got compliments on the flowers and they made our outfits pop!
They also called me an hour before closing to remind me of my pickup (thank you!). I 100% would come here again.

Celebrating birthdays are super important--especially when it's your BFF's special day. The only trouble, is she lives 7 states away. This year I entrusted Ben White Florist for a special delivery on her special day.
Since I'm out of state, I used their website to place my order. The website was very user friendly, and placing my order was fast and easy. After my order, I got an invoice emailed to me noting my order.
I requested an early delivery to her office--because *every* gal loves getting flowers are work! I received an email note back stating that they could easily accommodate
