Bad management. Frequent inspections and other visits. They want to come in to the apartment to inspect for mold, fire alarms, filters, cleanliness..etc. The time window they give to the tenants is too big (might come anytime within 3 days 8:30am to 5pm). You have to be ready and expect them anytime during the 3 days. If you don't open the door they will use the master key and get in with no permission. They are so careless about people's privacy and schedules.
Also they will force you to pay for the washer/dryer as part of the lease and you won't be allowed to bring your own washer/dryer, $50

Negative stars. Don't live here. People sell drugs in the parking lot, blast music at all hours of the night, and there are no rules. You can do whatever you want. People sleep in their cars and people that don't live here take up spots. Got a problem? Management could care less. Just pay your gigantic mortgage rent payments on time and no issues. Look forward to your car getting dented and scratched up if you don't opt to pay $150 a month for a garage. The management here hates their jobs and should probably look at another occupation. They are so rude and I can't stress how

This is an absolutely fantastic home. I have enjoyed every moment living here. The community is so nice, a great place to walk around day or night, and I feel so comfortable. It’s quiet even though it’s located by a main road, I rarely hear the street. Walls are super thick so I don’t hear neighbors. Great amenities, kind staff, and great proximity to nearby places. I wish I could stay here forever!

Lived here for 2 years. The whole time had issues with people smoking and it coming through my vents. Nothing was done but send letters and emails. My only options where move out or live month to month at a massively inflated rate. I was basically forced back into an agreement. Now I find a place to get out of the smoke and still nothing can be done to assist. They are forcing me to pay another 2 months and time after, even though they cannot uphold their no smoking regulations.
Management is not very understanding and dont care about its residents. Sad because its a beautiful place but because

This is not a location I want to be in especially at these rates. If there is a game or concert that last mile drive home could take over an hour. They have a gym and pool and trash compactor, but none of it is what you expect for over $2000 a month, gym is tiny for the size of the entire complex, trash compactor is full or backed up or just doesn't work half the time either. There are only 2 doggie bag trash bins on the entire lot and I can't ever seem to find a parking spot close to my complex half the time either. I have a reliable alarm clock because they don't

My family and I have been living in the Preserve for 3 yrs. It's a great place, clean, great maintenance team always responds quickly even on holidays, safe place, have never had any issues, people working at the clubhouse are nice and helpful. The neighbor tenants are nice and friendly. Two playgrounds for the kids, they have a gym and a pool. It's like a resort. Five stars to the Preserve.

See below. I recently put up a review that was taken down because I stated this landlord discriminated and abuses people both physically and mentally. Do not endure what I have gone through and still do
Also they do not clear buildings in back of winter causing bodily injury to disabled and handicap myself amongst others
They used my care givers credit and income to secure this apartment as they told me they did not offer discounted rate to anyone no programs offered??? They do have income guidelines here as well as other housing. If you do get housing I gaurantee you can do much better than

We really enjoyed our last 3 years at the Preserve. Safe and quiet neighborhood with easy access to all major highways. Nice neighbors. Quick and attentive maintenance, facilities, grounds and main office staff. Apartments are light in color and updated in features. In house laundry is a huge plus. We will miss it here!

We have been living here for almost 6 years and I have to say I love this place!
The location is very convenient, the facility always looks nice and clean, the stuff is very friendly, and the management is wonderful (thanks to Lisa).
Whenever we need any service done in our apartment, the repair team come as fast as possible.
They always sent out e-mails and letters to inform about any special event or inspections.
Summer time here is the best! We get to enjoy the pool and relax with family and friends.
That being said, I really recommend this complex!

My husband and i lived here for 3 years now. We have no complaints. The staff is always available and polite. The staff goes above their duties to help out tenants.The property is clean, and spacious. Its a place where you can raise a family. We love this place.
