Wish I could give a minus 5. Roaches Roaches!!!! If you like Roaches that’s the place for you!!! In process of moving in Roaches in the hallway on the walls and in our empty apartment!!!! We put everything back in the truck and ran!!!!! Got deposit money back!!!! Don’t rent there!!!! Place should be ripped down!!!! Gross gross disgusting and infested!!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves for renting knowing there are Roaches!!!!!!

This was the perfect option for myself with it being close to both towns I work in.
I had reached out to Autumn inquiring about availability which her responses were not welcoming at all. Which I guess is #1 red flag.
If you go on the Facebook town pages you’ll see that StoneyBrook is for sure, a hard pass for a lot of people.

I used to live at Stoneybrook with my young daughter. Great location within walking distance of the center of town - easy access to grocery store, pharmacy, hardware store, postal office, restaurants, and gym. Safe, friendly community with private lifeguard-supervised pool!
Drew was more than fair in working with me and my situation. I was treated with the same respect I gave to him.
Management and maintenence were always prompt in their response to my requests.

Stonybrook Village is home to my family. We love the property and the staff. We have never had a bad experience here. They are prompt on any service requests , polite, kind and most importantly caring. The pool is great, there are several stores before entering the property which is very convenient.

I lived here for a year and was promised things before moving in which were never done. Drew never is at the office. If you need something fixed they never do it or come in when they please even though we specified to call at first. There is mold in the property and holes squares get into all the time, nothing gets updated properly. Jerry the maintenance guy has no experience in being an actual handy man and just uses quick fixes and cheap material to get things done. Please do not move in here because the property and management is not worth all the health risks you may deal with! Please read

I have lived at Stoneybrook Village Apartments for the past 9 years. The management and staff have always treated me with 5-Star service. I love the neighbors in our building (who have all lived here for at least 10 years) and haven't experienced any issues in our community the entire time I've lived here. My son lives with me and he feels completely safe in our community.
