I have lived in Wilkins Glen for almost two years. The new property manager is amazing, she’s attentive and hands on if you will. She is great about answering any and all questions and getting back to you promptly. It’s a beautiful development and great place if you have young kids as well.

We have lived here for 20+ years and could not ask for more. The staff has always been friendly, polite and helpful. Property management as well as maintenance staff have always been very responsive and professional.

I'm homeless and I'm in dire need of a place I mailed in an application over 3-4 months ago and never got a response in the mail stating that they received my application even when I called they told me I was in the system I call back a month after they said I wasn't how disheartening, not only do they lose the application or misplaced it but had the audacity to tell me I was in the system to begin with when I never was

I have been living here for 25 years and would like to say I have been treated good by the management here all years living here until the last year since Darniece S. has been manager she is not fair does not return any phone calls. She makes you feel less than, and brags about her good life.She does not understand what most of the tenantstzhat live here.sad stories as well as mine abuse poverty, lack of education. Well Darniece not everyone is lucky like you. I know longer feel safe living here. I do not feel safe because one she doesn't return calls because she is better than us she picks and
