Not impressed. The dentist packs the patients in like sardines and the staff were rude, worn out, and unhappy. The facility is a dump and needs a top to bottom renovation. There is one working sink next to the xray machine, and it is so close that a child spit in the sink and also on my purse as I was getting my xray. The dentist recommended an unnecessary procedure and referred me to his wife for treatment. Everything about my consultation set off huge red flags. I made it very clear that I would not pursue treatment but his office attempted to get a predetermination with my insurance anyway

Friendly staff, and quick adjustments. Dr. Saleh is very informative and knowledgeable in his practice and that shows in his employees as well. The assistants, Emely, and Mrs. Joyce were very kind and gentle with my adjustment and the receptionist Katie was very helpful and kind. I would recommend Lake ridge Orthodontist to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment.

When I first visited this office within the last few years, I was impressed with Dr. Saleh and his staff because of their efficiency, kindness, and understanding! The office is decorated beautifully with cheerful colors, as well as creative and inspiring works of art adorning the walls, making this a very welcoming place to visit. Recently, I returned for additional orthodontic treatment along with my children, and it remains just as wonderful a practice as it was previously and still with a terrific supporting staff. It is a great honor to be the patient of such a truly caring and skilled orthodontist

This place wanted to charge me almost $300 just to obtain a copy of MY medical record. on top of this, I offered to pay double the amount for the down payment so my monthly fee could lower..I offered DOUBLE what I was asked to pay and they only wanted to lower it by 20 bucks..absolutely bogus and ridiculous. Disappointing how they charge so much for poor customer service. I had a different ortho office offer to call and see if they could fax or email a copy of my Pano X-ray and they still insisted on a almost $300 fee. Absolutely ridiculous.

Amazing, professional, helpful staff and the doctor. Went there to fix my retainer that came out of my tooth. I am not even their patient but amazed that they accepted me and the price was under $100, very decent. (In another place they wanted to charge me over $500 for the same procedure)

Only had 1 visit with my 9 year old to be evaluated for braces and had a wonderful experience. During her annual dental exam with Dr. Bouroncle of New Smiles Dental Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, also a great find! He recommended we have an ortho evaluation as she clearly had some issues with her bite and likely needed braces. We were seen quickly after our arrival, actually before I finished the paperwork. The Tech who took us back was very nice and provided details to my daughter about what they would do during this visit. The Dr. took a lot of time answering my daughters questions and alleviating

I had a last-minute need to get in for an appointment and they got me in, even when the office was closing at noon. Every single member of the staff was extremely friendly. Dr Wynkoop was outstanding - he took lots of time to answer my questions and gave me solid advice. I'd be willing to say that he has the best bedside manner of any doctor/dentist that I have ever seen. A+++
