We love our little apartment! We wanted something more central to shops and food and this was a good option for us. The apartments are right above Library Rd which has maaany options for food and shopping. Jeff, the maintenance guy, is the sweetest man and is always around the property doing things so you can usually catch him if you need something. The downside is if you need something and he isn’t available, you have to leave a message with the answering service and you never know how long it will be that you have to wait. We had multiple issues with our AC/heat not working at it took a long

Lived here for a year and honestly have to say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Within my first week of living here our neighbor below us passed away. Which happens, however he wasn’t discovered for days on end afterword. With the A/C being pretty much nonexistent when it gets above 80 degrees outside, the first hint that someone was wrong was the wretched smell of a decomposing body. If there was a way to give this place a 0/5 I would. Definitely do not recommend moving in here unless you want to sweat through your sheets 3/4 seasons there are and want to deal with awful service

I lived here for several years and was sad to move out because it's so close to everything. It also has amazing views out the kitchen window and off the deck.
Pros:
Close to everything
Lots of parking
Great snow removal
Good sized kitchen with lots of counter space
Large bedroom
Laundry on each floor is shared by only four apartments
Nice maintenance staff
Cons:
The number one con is, you can't have heat and ac both. So you have no choice after they turn the ac off. You bake. As soon as someone complains it's too cold, they turn the ac off. Usually in sept and days that still
