As our namesake indicates, we seek to balance mind, body, and spirit. We were born of the desire to create an environment for growth through our offerings of traditional floor yoga, acro yoga, and aerial yoga. Come fly with us. We'll assist you in learning how to balance your mind, body, and spirit, both on and off the mat.
Missed a class, want to retake a class, want to practice anytime or from anywhere in the world? Om Video on demand allows you to practice at your convenience, on your schedule. Access our library of class and choose the class that fits the moment. Practice with your favorite teacher and stay connected.
Welcome to Om Yoga, your new home for acro yoga, aerial yoga, and traditional floor yoga. Our classes are designed to be challenging, both mentally and physically, focused on the desire to grow your practice, both on the mat and in your every day life. There is a class for everyone, regardless of how many times you've stepped onto your mat.
Come experience what it's like to fly as we move through a series of standing poses, seated poses, and inversions using a silk hammock suspended three feet from the floor and attached to steel beams close to the ceiling. Expect modified versions of various yoga asanas (postures) using the hammock to deepen the stretch and add an element of flight.
The more, the merrier! Please note that Omies between the ages of 15 and 17 will need to have a parent or guardian take class with them. A parent or guardian will also need to sign a waiver and give consent to participate. It is not required, but is recommended that you sign up for classes ahead of time, especially with Aerial yoga.

One of the best yoga studios I've ever been to. The instructors are all great! Alie, the owner, is amazingly knowledgeable, great cueing, kind soul. This place shines bright. Come here, you won't regret it. Whether your goal is to relieve chronic pain, strengthen the body, or ease the mind.

New to Tucson. New job. Needed a yoga fix to help deal with the stress of assimilation and this studio was closest. I was super impressed. Awesome space, fabulous grace, and I know I'll be there again. Thank you, Arie. 🙏🕉️ So grateful you created such a place!

Dr. Alie Buckmire, OM Yoga studio owner and exceptional instructor, has given me, and my other yoga community members, a mantra with which I start each day:
Begin where you are
Use what you have
Do what you can
OM Yoga provides a diversity of classes, taught by highly experienced instructors. They lead you through using your body, mind and spirit to build your strength, flexibility and balance for engaging with your everyday life.
Classes include traditional yoga, aerial yoga, acro yoga, and specialized classes as requested. Traditional classes are available on zoom, as well as in the studio

Looking for a workout that will leave you feeling wrung out yet invigorated? Try OM's aerial yoga class.

My friend and I tried the aerial yoga while I was in town visiting. It kicked my butt, I was glistening sweat, my muscles were straining, I got light headed, BUT had a blast with my friend. It was such a good time and workout. Our instructor, Alie, was funny. He was professional, safety first minded, pushed us, and laughed with us.

Note, you are in a aerial hammock that rubs against your body. Wear a t-shirt to cover your armpits, remove any body jewelry and rings that could get caught

Om Yoga "Retreat"? a Misnomer...

Last weekend I spent a wonderful weekend getting in touch with myself and learning from a group of wonderful instructors (Alie & Bri) and fellow students (my new Ommie Sisters. As I was driving home from Sedona one of Arizona's most beautiful vista's I wondered why was this called a retreat when all we did was advance our quality of lives!!!

One the first day we set our intentions or goals for the time. Nobody planned to retreat or fall back. We all planned ways to advance the quality of our lives. The great Vegan Lasagna dinner and gift

I've tried many different yoga studios and instructors and Om is far and away the best. Some of the classes are challenging but still accessible to beginners as the instructors are there to help you learn and advance your yoga practice. Alie has created a welcoming environment and offers a great blend of classes - Yin, Vinyasa, Gentle, Hatha, Aerial so no matter what I'm in the mood for, I can find it at Om.

Om Yoga is the best studio in town! Very professional and extremely clean ! The atmosphere is so peaceful yet welcoming! I love the variety and quality of classes - there is truly something for everyone or even for every mood I'm in! Meghan has been particularly amazing and has gone out of her way to ensure I am comfortable and safe while doing practice through a shoulder injury. Every time I go I learn something new with each class. I can't recommend this studio enough! Great location, great instructors, and high quality service for a very reasonable price! Thank you Om Yoga for being my sanctuary

In curiosity, I explored OM studio for its offering of aerial yoga about 2 years ago. I have been a member ever since. The studio itself offers a clean, comfortable, welcoming space to practice. The instructors have been amazingly knowledgeable and friendly. Although I practice floor classes as well, aerial has become my favorite. Alie, the owner and instructor, teaches aerial in a manner that makes the class fun and enjoyable, but also a safe, challenging workout. The boutique offers unique findings that I have purchased holiday gifts from. Highly recommend that you explore this studio!

Om is the place to go if you want to challenge yourself and your yoga practice. The teachers are good because they offer options based on the level of your practice. I got hooked by participating in one of their 30 day challenges. In 30 days I saw changes not only in my practice but also in my body and mind. I have consistently been going to Om since the challenge ended over a year and a half ago and even have a favorite spot - front row, right side near the wall (so if you try out Om - come say Hi).

Om Yoga has a fantastic studio and boutique. I enjoy the variety in the types of yoga classes offered, acro, aerial, yin, vinyasa and core are all classes that I practice at OM. The instructors are top notch, they help instill confidence in their students and keep me challenged as I advance in my yoga practice.
The studio has a warm inviting feeling.
The boutique has yoga gear, yoga clothes and products made my local artists.
If you're a beginner or a lifetime yogi, OM has a class for you!

I LOVE this yoga studio. I have been to many studios in Tucson over the last 9 years, but this one has consistently amazing teachers. EVERY teacher at this studio is amazing. There is a huge variety of classes here, something for every level and interest, and the studio is SPARKLING clean. They also do quite a bit of community centered activities and classes. Such a great group of people! There is great energy here. You'll love it!

Wonderful therapeutic classes. Supportive and healing

What a find in Tucson. Visiting Tucson for a week at a conference and found Align and Restore class with Meghan. What a gift! Deep stretching and alignment of your body. Meghan has a clear understanding and knowledge of how to care for the body. If you have chronic aches and pains, this is a great class for you. So happy to have been able to attend and will go back whenever I am in Tucson

Maybe the best yoga studio I’ve ever found. It took me over a year to find after moving to Tucson but I’ve been going ever since! The owner is amazing, classes and teachers are all great, class times work with all schedules, and such a great variety of classes. If you’re looking for your yoga home don’t hesitate!

A friendly, safe, fun, and clean studio! I've taken three classes and all of them have been very different but engaging.

I'm a beginner. These middle-aged moms walk in and make me look like a child. Somehow through all of this each instructor has eased me into each pose and helped me reach flexibility that I haven't felt before.

One even uses essential oils which are insanely relaxing. The Starbucks and Target down the street complete the white woman trifecta after a hot yoga session.

There are tons of day and night classes to choose from, I don't feel like I struggle

I called upon this business when they were closed one afternoon and was welcomed in. From there, I have never experienced a place so diverse (class offerings) and inviting.

I have always been active, but some health setbacks have sent me on a search for the next phase. Every class-Core (high intensity yoga) to Acro to " Suns Up Buns Up" to Hatha Vinyasa to Gentle to Yin, etc., have been foundational to my health and well being. Every month, the studio introduces new ideas and approaches that expand upon your practice.

The studio is also clean, pleasant and stocked with some of the

Their cost is much higher than other yoga places for no good reason. Two-for-one session deal for a newcomer is kinda scam as one must use it within 14 days.
The location is out of way off the busy highway.

I've tried power hour with Alie, which was challenging and strengthening; and yoga with Lea that was gentler and very mindful. Both instructors are lovely and one feels welcome and at peace. The studio is super clean and very pleasant. I can't wait to try an aerial class or acroyoga.

It was so refreshing to attend 3 classes while I was traveling on business. So, great to try out new studios, blessed with new instructors views and experience new words of enlightenment! Fun boutique, clean, gentle staff and the drop in rate is sooo affordable!. I even tried aerial yoga w/ Alie for the 1st time and was amazed at how much strength and core is needed! Fabulous instruction! Mind blowing to be supported and inverted all at once. I'm hooked! See you next year OM Yoga!

My husband and I went to a ZG beginners course, and loved it! Then for our second class my husband wanted to try Broga, he told us that it was a yoga class for people who couldnt touch their toes, and relied more on strength, what he didnt tell us is that it is a serious workout! The one thing I do wish they went more in depth about is specific body alignment, I have taken an 8 week yoga class so I knew them, but it was my husbands first time, so as a beginner class I think they need to touch base with that more! Other than that Om Yoga is amazing!

Walked into Om early January with the same New Year goal as usual..."Do more yoga". Or do "any yoga".... lol This year it stuck, and I give most of the credit to Om Yoga, the great space, and the passionate staff and variety of great classes. My wife and I have been at it every week, and for once I am able to recognize some progress physically and mentally. Sorta the point of Yoga right? :)

If you're new at Yoga, not to worry either. Like our instruction Olie says occasionally in one of the tougher Core Yoga classes Om offers....."You start where you are

The space is beautiful, clean and calming, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I've practiced yoga in Philly and NYC, and haven't found another yoga studio that offers such a wide variety of classes as Om. It has something for everyone including the best acro yoga classes in Tucson and the only place in town where you will find Broga! If you want to push your muscles to their limit while still getting the yoga flow experience, I recommend you try Broga (even if you're not exactly a "bro"). It is also one of the only places in Tucson where you will find aerial.
