Jeanie has over 30 years' experience in residential property management and holds the designations Master Property Manager (MPM) and Residential Management Professional (RMP) awarded by the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

This is is out 1st apt. We have been dealing with noises/ disturbances & threats for over 6 mos. from our neighbors in crystal Grove. Very ghetto. No issues have been resolved. I would not recommend at all, they are not good on customer rapport when trying to solve a simple resolution. We are continuing w. Filing A lawsuit due to the false harassment.

Horrible experience! Everything was great up until moving out of property. I paid a cleaning person to clean the house and also cleaned the house myself. Upon receiving my deposit I was shorted $75 and told I could have been charged the whole $150 cleaning service fee, but they were being "nice". Almost 1500 sqft home completely cleaned. I was told the oven had a residue and that was the only thing I was being charged the cleaning charge for. Very petty to charge half of the cleaning charge for one appliance having cleaning residue. When I asked for pictures, I never heard from them again

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Having Been Involved in Residential Construction and Rentals for over 30 Years I have found these people make lots of demands and Then excuses. After preparing the property to their specs they backed out of an agreement. You can do much better hiring a professional to manage you property.I would avoid this company!

My wife and I have been renting through YRC for almost 2 years now. We live in an old home which results in an above average amount of maintenance calls. Every time we have reported the issues, whether through the maintenance request form or through direct email, they have responded in an acceptable amount of time and the issues were resolved almost always within 24 hours. We recently had a flawless experience with insulating our attic.
YRC is an above average property management company and would be someone I do business with again.

This agency is, by far, the best property management company I have rented from in the past 14 years. They responded promptly to any questions or concerns presented during our time with them and sent qualified professionals quickly to make necessary repairs to the property when needed. They take great care of their customers and properties, and we will miss renting from them.

Beware. They don't give you a walktrhough sheet when u first move in and then take from your deposit things that were broken from the moment you got there. Also, if you go through a hurricane renting from them you get no sympathy. Just 1 week after the hurricane they expected they debris to be picked up or they will charge. Keep in mind the property had about 5 trees that weren't maintained previously. we had a fallen tree that ripped the power line to the house when the power came back on it messed up the fan in the living room. That fan never got fixed until we were about to move out

I had a terrible experience with their agent Jeanie at the Enclave town homes. When I spoke to Jeanie she asked me to wait at the gate however there was no parking space where I was not blocking traffic so when a resident was attempting to enter the gate they let me in first. At this point I felt it was a better idea not to park illegally and block traffic. I then found the apartment and called Jeanie to let her I was there she then said with very condescending tone " I told you to wait outside of the gate" I then tried to explain why I had already entered but before i could finish a

For about 20 years. We had so many Property management companies handling our properties and let me tell you month after month our rental units were not getting rented and the management companies we previously had were always asking for incredible amounts of money for repairs creating a negative cash flow every single month.... simply stating it was a total disaster !!!
