When requesting a showing they required a copy of my ID for verification purposes, fine. Then they want my credit card number for verification purposes? Not to charge me, simply to show me a home. This didn't feel appropriate to me. Certainly, I will prove my income when I decide to move forward with the rental, but for a showing? I wasn't comfortable with this at all.

When I was looking for a place, I went in to the office and their receptionist was very polite. She helped me right away. I needed a place that was closer to my place of work. She was very professional, responsive, and answered all my questions. I appreciate her understanding I'm a single parent and found me a place in my budget. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I just started renting my home in July and I have been so happy and pleased with my experience with Not only the moving process but how professional the lady at the front desk is. She always asks how I am and about my day every 1st of the month. 10/10 would recommend! I have had no complaints and even the maintenance man Chris has answered all questions I have needed when moving in. The process was super easy and no stress at all which I was worried about. All county is awesome i never had any problems sice i have rented from them ! I put in a request for maintenance and if not same day fix its definitely next fix no hassles ..i would definitely recommend them a first opportunity you will not be disappointed or regret this choice definitely a five in above in stars!!!

I give All County Polk a 10/10 as far as the leasing process. Their leasing process was simple and if I had a question like adding my husband to the lease they went step by step over how to apply for him. Everyone always answered my questions. They respond in a timely manner when I have or had questions about my lease. Defiantly one of the better property management offices.

My family and I rented a house from All County Polk for two years. Last month I received a text asking if we plan to renew our lease and I responded yes. So, two weeks prior to the end of my lease, I decide to call them to see when I am expected to sign the lease. They told me that I am expected to vacate the property when my lease is up with no notice at all. They told me that they mailed me a notice, but I never received anything from them and when I spoke with Tim, he explained by law they can not mail out the notice. They are required to come to the property and tape the notice to my door.

We moved recently from another state. All County Polk Property Management made our experience of renting a house very easy. The company uses technology to facilitate the process. We also worked with Jennifer and she provided very clear information about the unit and the contract. All County Polk is a great company. My experience has been awesome. Great staff that are friendly and very quick to respond with any and all of my questions..
The website is user friendly to make my monthly payments (rent) and if I have any questions or a maintenance issue, I just log in and do everything online. The response time is in a timely manner.
Granted, I have only been in my place with them for 3 months, I have had no problems or issues at all..
