I will be in my place three years in March. I live in a town house and love it. Its very roomy and i love that we have our very own privacy fence. Every time i have a Maintaince issue they are always there to fix the problem. Jennifer is always so nice and polite. The only thing i hate is the parking. New tenants have three and four cars and there is no where to park most times. But overall its a nice place to live.

Not a review more like a question... After you have given them the deposit for a apartment HOW LONG was the wait time before you actually got the key to move in? I’m asking because I’ve given my deposit about three weeks ago and I was told LAST WEEK that I would be able to receive my key and move in on Friday August 27, but hey look I called up there that morning when I got off from work to see if there was a specific time I should come pick up the key. I was told that my apartment isn’t ready yet for move in. I’ve been reading the reviews and I see a lot of people talking about some maintenance

I applied for a rental house on June 28th. Before I applied I called to make sure the property was indeed available. On July 5th, a week later, I called and left a voicemail asking for an update about my application. Today is July 10th and I have not received a phone call or email regarding the status of the application. The property is still listed as "available" online. I also sent an email asking if I could receive a picture of the exterior and a couple more of the interior. Nearly a week later and no one has responded to the email either.

I rented with Smart Properties for around 7 years. They always treated me fairly and whenever I had an issue with the house, they were very quick to get someone out to resolve the issue. All of the maintenance people I dealt with were professional and polite. The big thing for me was that they generally left me alone. If I am ever in a position to rent again I would not hesitate to rent with Smart Properties.

I been renting with smart properties for two years . I’m one person who hates Calling about minor things but stuff happens. This past week I had a light dangling in my bathroom and a leak from My bathroom sink. Chris the maintenance man came out and handle everything in timely manner and he’s very professional. Way too goo Chris and keep up the good and hard work you do!!
