Application to Rent can be downloaded from this site and faxed or delivered in person. We require the form to be completed and signed by the appropriate parties, a picture ID & social security card (we will make copies) We verify Income, Credit & Prior/Current Landlord references. There is a $40 cash or money order (only) processing fee - this is non-refundable.

Very respectful and professional. And Mr Roland is the nicest guy I met in a while....Edit 1/5/22. I have no clue what everyone is going on about. I have no problems from the management. The are respectful to you if you are respectful to them. They work with you with rent if you are going to be late. also to top it off they leave you alone and don't hassle you.. I couldn't ask for a better landlord. And if something breaks. Fix it yourself. It's not about them fixing it. When you fix it and you leave. This place is an ABSOLUTE joke. I called in a couple weeks ago in regards to wanting to inquire about a rental. I told them that my partner has an ESA and they cut me off and told me no animals allowed. After a few minutes of discussion, they told me they would have to reach out to the owners of the house. Never heard back from them after leaving a voicemail.
Today, they told us that they would need a letter asking WHAT KIND OF MENTAL HEALTH DISORDER my partner has and WHY THE DOG IS THE ESA FOR THE DISORDER, in order to even be qualified. That's a total HIPPA violation. I do not know how this

I would never rent from here again. 3 man doing maintenance but it takes them forever to come fix anything. My fridge not working and the freezer not freezing and no one has came to fix it. The emergency number they tell u to call and no one picks up. The lady who answers the phone short lady dark brown hair with glasses and rude. I will never be back!!

Drove two hours to speak with someone in person since we are moving to the area and seeing things online is not the same. Wasn't allowed to walk through the property at all. Called all week and they were continuously "pulling up carpet" and we were unable to view it. Decided to put in an app hoping to not let the house get away from us, and waited all week. My boyfriend had an accidental small kitchen fire at one of there properties. He was told he had 4 days to be removed from the unit a month later. when the small kitchen fire took place, they never once told him they were going to remove him from his lease. They had no legal right to do that. He paid his his rent on time and faithfully. I’ve never dealt with a company as unprofessional as this one. The owner doesn’t fix anything and told me he doesn’t have the “money” to do it right now. I’ve paid my rent on time EVERY time and never have given them any problems. They aren’t willing to exterminate a serious problem and they know my 5 year old daughter lives there with me. If anyone is reading this, please don’t second guess your decision by reading the few “good” reviews they have. The front desk women are rude and nasty and I will NEVER be in business with them ever again.

Looked at a possible rental and I did some checking on a house near Ike’s Korner grill and it was disgusting. Garbage in the back and there were 2 pit bulls in the back yard. I was told it was vacant. Someone is obviously living there. I checked reviews and I wouldn’t rent anything from them. If I could give them a zero rating that’s still to good. I also understand that there was a shooting there I short time ago due to drugs. If that’s the kind of people that they want in their house is this is definitely not for me and my family
