Creative Housing's number one goal is to rent your property! We handle all phases of the rental process, beginning with a personal visit by the owner Barbie McDonald to meet you and tour your home. We have had great success with both local owners and out-of-state owners. Even though our owner is a licensed broker, our sole emphasis is on property management.
Excellent management Company. I was transferred by my company to Greenville from Connecticut 2 years ago. When we came to check out the area we thought we had a house all leased and lined up. When I got back to CT I called the other Company to verify they received my bank check. They told me they rented the house to somebody else that came in with cash!

If you like talking to a brick wall you’ll love these people. I have called the repairs line and the general office probably 10 times over the past couple weeks and I have yet to receive a single call back about a repair I need. I genuinely think the positive reviews from this company are fake because I have talked to multiple people in my community that have all had similar frustrating experiences with their unresponsiveness.

My family has really loved the home we leased through Creative Housing 2 years ago. The approval process was very easy and they were very accommodating to our desired move in date. We are now in the process of building our own home and the company has again been fantastic to work with in regards to extending our lease as our home was delayed in completion and closing.

Absolutely awful. The office manager has raised her voice with myself and my roommate. They would take days or weeks to get a repair taken care of. They actually forced me to have a large repair with only a 30 min notice even though I worked from home. In fact the girl on the phone said “why do you need it to be quiet?” The repair took 9 hours and caused my heating and air to be turned off the entire time....in the height of summer. AWFUL. They never replied to my concerns about that incident, but why stop there?

We are go happy with the crew at Creative Housing LLC. From the moment we applied, they were quick and very pleasant. The whole process from starting with the application and getting into a place went so smoothly and quickly. We have been with them for two years now and in that two years we had a couple of things come up. One time the interior alarm went off and we couldn't remember the code. They quickly got back with us and provided us with the code. Also during one of the storms our patio screen had a tear in it, less than two days this was fixed. Everyone has been up beat and pleasant to deal

Creative housing was an amazing company to rent from! We had an emergency situation and needed to get a rental quick. I contacted Barbie and her team and they had a rental available. We were able to View it and the next day had the keys. The process was smooth. The company didn’t just base on credit but overall picture. Any issues we had they right away were attentive and made sure it was handled promptly and quickly. They never hassled us about rent. Our lease eventually went month to month and the only reason we left was due to us purchasing our first home. We will miss Barbie and Peyton!

The best decision that my wife and I ever made was to call Creative Housing. We made contact with them back in 2019, and were looking for a bigger home for our growing family. The initial house we were looking at, was no longer going to be available, but we were guided to another home in a perfect spot for the kids to go to school and for our jobs. We have never had a problem, if it is a maintenance issue they get someone to your aid. They set the maintenance request and then that contractor or repair company calls and gets it fixed. We had a wonderful experience with Creative Housing! They handled renting out our house for three years while we were out of the country. They found great tenants for our house, and they handled any repairs or other issues that came up during the lease in a prompt and professional manner. They quickly deposited the rent payments directly into our bank account. I would highly recommend Creative Housing to anyone who needs a company to manage their rental property!
