I have been a tenant for over a year now and am always pleased with everything. They do an exceptional job keeping up with the landscaping outside of my apartment and pest sprays etc. If I have ever had any issues or concerns they have always been dealt with in a timely manner. I highly recommend 👍🏽

Shabby maintenance staff . Issues when you turn in to vacate in 30 days. Keep before and after photos of property .The name has changed but still managed by the same staff. Property Manager got disappointed when I refused to leave all the new appliances that I purchased. Decided to "nick pick" and charge me for storage of old appliances and removal of rock that I placed in flower bed. They did refund $680 of my $900 deposit. Always get agreements in writing when using your own appliances.

Great landlord for the two years I rented from Curry. He was always great in terms of communication and fixing problems. For example, when the sewage pipe started leaking, he had someone by to repair it in under two hours. He is a kind landlord who will make sure you have a safe and affordable rental property. I would have no qualms about continuing to rent with them if i still lived in the area.

I have been renting from SPM for almost two years and my experience has been nothing less than stellar. The house is very clean and well-maintained. Service is quick and professional. We had an issue with the heat during the winter that was quickly acknowledged and resolved without hassle. With this recent heavy rain, we had a minor issue that was addressed immediately. A friendly and professional company that has provided a wonderful experience for me.

Since I got out of the military and had to move to a new location, I couldn't have been blessed with a better property manager than David L. Steven. They are honest and upfront and placed the right people to lease my property. They handled every detail and the only thing I saw were the statements that came in the mail. All hands off from me and all management on their part. They are very organized and notify you of everything that you need to know. If you are looking for a property manager, this is the place you. You won't be disappointed. After close to five years, I haven't been disappointed

I have been renting from Steven's Property Management for a while now and my experience with them has been great! Curry Steven is an awesome, professional landlord and communicates any changes, issues, etc. in a timely, friendly manner. Unlike former property managers I have had experience with, he does not micromanage nor is intrusive in his tenants lives, and we are grateful for that and my neighbors are clean and respectful and Curry's approach works well. I highly recommend David Steven Property Management to anyone looking to rent!

Current tenant. Couldn't ask for a better company to deal with. Response to property inquiries are timely if not immediate. Curry is always professional and courteous, and is a pleasure to deal with as a landlord. The few times I have needed service for repairs and or maintenance, the response was immediate and issue resolved within the same day!

These guys are absolutely amazing. I've had endless issues in the past with property management companies and apartment complexes, but the guys at David L. Steven do business unlike anyone else. They're quick to respond with any issues and always seem to do exactly what is best, and even most convenient, for their tenants. Do what is expected and right on your end of the rental agreements and they seem more than happy to cover their end, and then some. Renting through them has been a dream, and I'm look forward to continuing to do business with them.
