By signing the application you grant us permission to communicate with all the contacts listed in this section in the event we can't locate you. Furthermore, if you abandon the apartment for any reason then you grant us permission to allow your relative listed above to remove all contents of the dwelling on your behalf.
To start the process, you should submit an answer to the questionnaire below (it may take 3-5 days to process). You should submit your application & $55 application fee along with supporting documentation (proof of income & copy of ID). We will perform a background check & gather any other information needed for your application review.
The questionnaire is a form we require before showing properties. It allows us to gather a minimal amount of information that will help us to determine what properties you may qualify to lease. The full application must be completed before a tenant is approved to lease any property. We do charge a $55.00 application fee, but there is no charge to fill out the questionnaire.

The Harley's made my first home buying experience soooo much better than I expected...with a limited budget in mind, they patiently helped me find a home I could afford and that I would be super comfortable in. At the same time they found me a house that needed just a little bit of cosmetic work but that had a TON of equity already in it!
