Jeff was a GREAT help with my house. He was very thorough and even helped with mold testing. The report was very easy to understand and the pictures were great. He discovered a big mold problem during the inspection and was able to test and write up a report for remediation. I would definitely recommend Jeff to all my friends and family.

As good as it gets - we are first time home buyers and had a lot of reservations about home ownership.
Jeff was responsive, understanding and patient in the lead-up; once at the inspection, he explained everything as we went along, answered all sorts of questions (how much it would be to fix the HVAC, whether cracks in concrete were an issue etc.). After the inspection, he shared his findings, walked us to specific areas that had concerns - everything you could ask for.
And ofcourse - as thorough as anyone can get.

Jeff was exceedingly thorough throughout his inspection of our home purchase. We did not Jeff specifically because everything was done through the escrow company, but we sure are happy we got him because we were able to negotiate with the sellers to fix a lot of issues that we were not aware of, or educated on before closing escrow. We would recommend Jeff to anyone needing a home inspection.

Jeff from Best To Inspect is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Ours was not an easy inspection as the house is old and neglected. After I described the house and property over the phone, he gave a time estimate that he thought he would need. We scheduled the appointment and he was prompt and courteous. The inspection took much longer than anticipated and he remained patient and thorough through it. He took the time to answer all our questions, which were many.
