Eberth is a great inspector, he explained everything that so we could understand the minor things that were wrong with the home. He was very welcoming, we arrived a little early then the agreed time and he was still doing the inspection of the house but he allowed us to walk in and walk around the house(it was a home we were going to purchase). We asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them he was very patient and very professional. You can tell that he loves what he does, and treats the home as if he was looking at his own.I would 100% recommend him to do your house inspections, he also
