Our inspector was George Guzman. The house we wanted to buy was very old and not well maintained. George spent about an hour checking it and pointed quite a few main problems and safety concerns about the house. He recommended us to do foundation inspection and terminate inspection first before he does the whole house general inspection. He didn’t even charge us anything for the hour! I have never seen such nice company who totally considers business from customer’s interest. Thank you so much CIA! Thank you so much George!

After years of having my clients use CIA, today I was able to use them for my personal home. After reviewing many positive reviews on Yelp, I hired CIA to perform a home inspection on my house. . David arrived promptly for our scheduled inspection. He explained in detail of what's included on the home inspection and the extras (which are worth it, when investing over 1/2 million of dollars on a home) . He was very professional and knowledgeable . After he was done he went over his findings and took his time in going over everything in detail.
I received the full detailed report in one day. The report that was sent had full colored pictures and video. This made it easy to review and understand

Chris did our inspection and he was great! He was very professional and had a lot of tools that no other inspectors in Yucca Valley or Morongo have. He was very thorough and noticed a lot of things that most other inspectors wouldn't have seen. All in all he did an awesome job and I would definitely use him again!

I had my prospective home inspected by CIA on 4/8/17. I was impressed by the numerous 5-star reviews found on here. I can say that they are absolutely justified. The inspector, Chris G.; was on time for our appointment and fully prepared. I walked the home with him as he explained what he was doing and what he was looking for. He had a full array of specialized equipment on-hand and I'm sure glad he did! Chris was able to spot a water leak between the floors of the home that was completely invisible to the naked eye. Chris came out to do our general inspection along with inspecting the main sewer line, pool/spa, and taking a sample for asbestos testing. We wanted to have a thorough inspection given the age of the home.

I met George Guzman from CIA this morning for an inspection. He was very thorough and pointed out issues that needed to be fixed. He discussed his findings and recommended what areas should be repaired He reviewed safety concerns. He provided his report in a timely manner and answered any questions and/or concerns. George is a good communicator and took the time to walk around the property to educate me about the property and surroundings. I would recommend CIA for professional and complete home inspection.
