I called on Friday to make an appointment for a house inspection at 10 o’clock next Wednesday. I didn’t receive any emails or text messages to prove that the appointment was successful. I didn’t know if the appointment was made. I wanted to call to confirm. When it came to a bad comment, no one answered the call. Thinking about the weekend, I called on Monday and no one answered. This time I left a message and the notice inspection cancelled. It was because the buyer hesitated not to buy the house. No one responded until Tuesday. I called again, no one answer, I left message again noted appointment

We used this company for our home inspection. The lady that answered the phone was friendly and helpful with scheduling and updating when our inspector will get there. When our inspector arrived, Edwin, he was professional and polite. He introduced himself to everyone and made sure to pay attention to detail. After the inspection, he gave us a brief on the home and pointed out every safety hazard. He recommended on what we should have fixed. He showed us pictures and the report was sent the next day with detail.

Thank you ECS for inspecting my new house last month. I felt I was prepared to make the purchase knowing all the repairs needed. The inspector went through the overview with me and took his time with me with all my questions I had. I'm sure I drove him crazy with all the questions lol. I would definitely recommend ecs to my family and friends. The receptionist was nice as well. Very easy process.

Ecs is so awesome, i called them and ask for a home inspection, the price that they quote me is very reasonable. Jessica follow up on me to the night and day before the inspection. Edwin was very thorough and inspect every thing , he is very nice ans easy to talk to about what is going on with the house im about to purchase. They came on time, it this company have great integrity and reasonable price.

I am a TC and see a lot of home inspection reports and deal with a lot of home inspection companies. I just have to say WOW, with ECS Home Inspections. They were so nice and professional from beginning to end. I am purchasing a home for myself in the Corona area and decided to go with ECS. The inspector was thorough and very informative. When I got my report I expected it to be a checklist like I so often see with other companies. Nope! It was a full detailed report with colored photos and notes of all the things the inspector found. I definitely appreciate the work they did and would def be recommending

I had an inspection yesterday with Ricky from ECS home inspections. He was thorough and professional. He explained every question I had to where I could understand, since some of the words or issues I have never heard of. Like open ground noted on bedroom outlets, I would have never guessed. It was definitely a learning experience of what could be found in a home that is not an obvious finding.

I used ECS Home Inspections.THEY WERE GREAT!. He took his time to check the whole home. We received our report the following morning with all the issues that were wrong in colored photos and notes. Very happy with how well he knew about house and the customer service the company provided. I have heard many horror stories from other reviews and friends, but I can say that I am very pleased with my choice.

ECS was not my first choice, this is the third house I purchased and my previous inspector was busy. After searching online this company was available and cheap, please spend a couple more dollars and get a more thorough inspection company. After the inspection I had a a/c repair company look at my house and they found asbestos exposed clearly in the attic, after calling ECS they said it was in the fine print that they do not look for asbestos! That same a/c repair person clearly showed me some dry rot on the side of my house. What??? Why did I just pay an inspector to look at my house? This is
