Terrible parking. I could never find a parking spot. When it would rain it would stay muddy around the area. It would take nearly a month to dry up. Long walking distance from parking lot to front door especially with groceries to load. That's if you find a parking spot. Be prepared to park by the office frequently.

What's the owners issue? The pool is broken, the security gate is always open, and there is a garage that has been smashed into. Stop being cheap and contract that work out. Hire someone better at managing your property. You have a nice location, but you're letting your property become nasty. Why? Do you as the owner not know how to take care of your own investment?

This apartment complex is great! I lived here for one year and had no issues, when my air conditioning was having problems they came to fix it within the hour. The staff is friendly and the neighbors are mostly quiet. I renewed my lease for another year because I have never had an apartment this great before!

Vert nice apartment. They are renovating the entire complex as they have move outs. The painted walls and new floors are just a few positives of the complex.
The extremely CLEAN newly renovated apartments is what's most satisfying for a renting tenant. Also, When you go into the office you're met with a smiling face.
I will be telling everyone I can to go check them out!

Incredibly hostile and rude workers. I wanted to see an apartment. First problem, the rates they advertise on their website are for units that no longer exist. so they lure you in with false and deceptive advertising.
Next, their employees treat you like criminals. The TSA doesn't even scrutinize my ID like they do here.
Finally, they refuse to show you an apartment without requiring all of the information necessary to let an ID thief open credit in your name, without any privacy disclosures, or marketing notices. And when you do give them an actual, working email, they glare at you like you

I have been a resident for a year and have just renewed again. I have enjoyed my time here and love the security of a gated community. The Manager, Donna Roberson, and the Assistant Manager, Michelle Arriola, have provided superior customer service. I have had two work orders in a year's time and they were promptly attended to them so the maintenance staff is on point as well. I have appreciated the use of the gym. I have used the spacious club house on a couple of occasions for larger gatherings with total success. I am a very happy resident!!

I lived here for a little over a year. I lived near the pool and I work nights. during the summer, it was almost impossible to get any sleep since there were constant pool parties With tenants being extremely loud! as mentioned in a previous comment, both ashley and Michelle were definitely not friendly and impolite several times. the apartment itself has no storage closest at all, the one my complex did have was only big enough to store a broom in there and nothing else! anyways I could go on about how this complex is not worth the rent money and nonetheless, I moved out quickly and live in a
