The most unprofessional management staff. Unfathomable they would think responding to reviews in a matter they do is acceptable. Junior High is about the level of maturity exemplified in the narcissistly snarky remarks. Sad to witness a grown adult behave as child whose ball was taken away in the sandbox of a playground. Anger management class might be in order.

By far the worst restaurant I’ve eaten in. I ordered the French Onion soup as a starter, for $15 I received a tiny bowl of soup with no cheese on top and a couple of croutons. I sent it back three times for no cheese, manager showed me a tiny tiny spoonful of cheese at the bottom and he indicated that was “a lot of cheese in his opinion.”
My boyfriend ordered a beet and gnocchi salad for $17 and received one of the smallest salads he’s ever had, a tiny saucer of salad, a couple pieces of beet and a couple tiny gnocchi.
I had canceled an order of short ribs, they brought it to me anyway

All the food we had here was fantastic! The salmon was perfectly cooked and the appetizers are great as well. Prices are definitely high, however.

The whole experience was terrible. From the cocktails (that were practically equal to a college bar), to overcooked octopus for an appetizer and the waitstaff that would not wait on the customer. I never write reviews but if a restaurant charges middle to top dollar they better back up the quality. I would equate this to chain restaurant with worse food...horrible

Used to love it, food and service has gone downhill. Over the summer I came with my parents and my two sons. We had a 6:15 reservation. Around 7:15 we’d were ready for a second beverage still waiting for our food and flagged the waiter. Instead of inquiring what he could do for us he jumped straight to “I know your food is taking a long time, we are short staffed and you’re just going to have to be patient”…our response “my mom just would like another glass of wine.” As he left we spoke at the table about how his defensiveness was quite strange at which point he came back with a glass

In my opinion this is the best restaurant in the Vail Valley. I have eaten there many times and both the food and service are impeccable. I highly recommend trying Juniper if you are looking for a great culinary experience.

This is our go-to restaurant for important celebrations and last night we were there to celebrate our 37th anniversary! As always, everything was perfect. Our server was professional but extremely amiable, the food was cooked and presented beautifully (my husband ordered his tuna rare + ... not medium ... and their kitchen crew delivered a perfect plate!), and the crafted cocktails from the bar were spot-on!!!! Our only complaint is that it can get a little noisy, so if someone in your party is a little hearing impaired, try to get a table out on their beautiful deck!

I don't know if I can do this place justice. Ambience is great. Nice view of the river. Service is top notch all the way. The food? Oh my. Best beef tartare we EVER had. My husband had the pork belly tostadas and I had the salmon. Both were amazing. Five stars plus in every sense.

Another great dinner at Juniper with friendly staff and COVID policies in place. The restaurant operates very efficiently and is impressive to watch. We are looking forward to going back.

The food here was delicious! Great service too!
The drinks and wine selection was very tasty as well.
Pretty cool spot not too far from Beaver Creek.
I would go back here again and again.
The menu is pricey, but the portions are a good size and you’re in Beaver Creek.
