12/10/21 Update:
Walked in yesterday, no appointment, needed to see if anyone had time to clip a wire that had been poking my jaw, also needed a rubber band replaced. I was seen immediately. Much to my surprise, Dr. Roy himself came to save the day! What I thought would be a quick snip of a wire and a rubber band replacement ended up being a full appointment with wire repositioning, and I don't even KNOW what else was going on in there, but let's just say when I left, things were jam up and jelly tight, right off the showroom floor! Amazing. Came in not sure I could be seen, ended up getting the

I’m not really sure what to do at this point other than leave a review. I’ve been trying for a couple of months to get some kind of confirmation from Dr. Roy to fix a massive mistake he made which he gave his word he would cover the cost to correct.
First of all, every interaction I’ve had in person and on the phone with Dr. Roy or his staff has been professional and pleasant. Unfortunately, that’s been the only positive to my treatment there.

I’ve been with Roy orthodontics for about three years my experience with them has been real outstanding from the workers to Dr. Roy has been real experience with me. Dr. Roy and his staff are extremely professional and welcoming. They are always on time with appointments. They have even taken us back a little early at times. Which is unheard of at any other medical or dental facility. They have gone the extra mile to make my daughter comfortable throughout her expander and braces process. I highly recommend Dr. Roy and his team!

This review is long overdue, but since receiving treatment for the decade and some change (I'm not sure how long it was exactly, but it was a long time), I can say Dr. Roy and his team knew exactly what they were doing. Since I was a kid, I had my bottom jaw growing crooked. With careful planning and treatment through the years, they straighten out my teeth and prepared me for the surgery I needed to get my mouth straighten. Its been about a year or so since I have finished being their client, but I am still happy with the result of all those years of work Dr. Roy and his team have done to my teeth

My experience with Dr. Roy and his team over the past (almost) 2 1/2 years has been excellent. From scheduling/rescheduling appointments, emergency visits, payment schedule, surgeries, diet adjustments, retainers, and so much more, everyone has made it so I have had a great experience. Dr. Roy and his team are so genuine and passionate about their work it shows. Not only have they been with me through every treatment, they are just as invested in making sure I am satisfied with all the steps involved in getting a beautiful smile.

Dr. Roy and his team are fabulous!! I had jaw pain and was grinding my teeth creating problems. Dr. Roy explained why I had the pain and how to fix my bite and give me a great smile. He fixed both problems and my smile looks fabulous !!! I would highly recommend Dr. Roy and his excellent team to anyone ! Laura B
