I love how I am treated whenever I come to an appointment. For my last appointment Melody and Dr.Frey really helped to motivate me to wear my trays again because I am almost at the finish line! Their spirits were very high and I enjoyed how they were able to joke with me but also be serious about what needs to be done to get the smile I want to achieve.

I received Invisalign treatment from Dr. Hatcher and Dr. Frey. Any time there was an issue that came up they addressed it and worked with me to get it right. They were experienced, attentive, responsive, caring and compassionate. The staff was similar - pleasant, caring and competent. I am convinced my results were much better than if I had pursued the widely advertised DIY treatments.

I just finished Invisalign treatment and am very pleased with my results. Drs. Hatcher & Frey and their staff are great to work with and are always timely, efficient, and offer effective treatment. My treatment took two years with extra scans needed and my rate never changed; what I was quoted was what I paid. I left with a great thank you gift and a big smile on my face!
