I visited this body shop twice, the first time by my insurance agent's recommendation and the second time by my own. I asked to repair my Mercedes E class and Honda CR-V, and both were fixed like new vehicles and on time. Staffs are very kind, and the prices are pretty reasonable. As both of my experiences were great, I confidently recommend this body shop.

Great customer service and excellent work. We have our front and back bumper repaired including painting on one of the side door. Sammy provided the best quote since we are not claiming against our insurance. Even with some extra work, Sammy kept to his quotes and did not add extra cost. They did a great job with best price and I highly recommend K Auto Body!

I was so impressed with the customer service and quality of work at K Auto Body. Not only were they extremely polite and professional, but very helpful as well. I had to coordinate a rental car through my insurance company, and then coordinate my timing with the rental car company. K Auto Body made that happen. They contacted the rental car company for me, and also assisted me to not have to take the rental car back to the rental car location when my vehicle was finished. The repair that they did in my car was really impressive. My car looks like a brand new car after the repair. Sammy and Mark were both very helpful and friendly. Mark even replaced for free one of the window bent fender (which is not part of the car accident damage). They went above and beyond with their service and I highly recommend K Auto Body!

I run a business and that means any down time with my truck $$ lost. This place is so streamlined with insurance and rentals so it's super quick.
Twice in a row got into accident on Sunday left the car with them.
First time, the owner of the shop came out and gave me ride to the rental car in airport because nothing was open on Sunday afternoon. The car was fixed within the estimated time and came out buffered and shined. (The estimate came close to $7000 half of the car was changed)

I feel like an idiot!! I was never so insulted in my life. I am an engineer who works in the Valley, and I had the misfortune of going to Tahoe about 3 weeks during a snow storm. I had to install tire chains on my vehicle and unfortunately did it wrong which ended up damaging my left and right rear doors and bumper. The damage was bad enough on the left side for me to seek a body shop to repair it and so I did some research and got 2 quotes for the job. My car is a Lexus and one estimate was for about $4000, which seemed too expensive, while the other estimate was from this shop for $1700

My name is kenneth lee. I had my 2005 toyota tundra repainted on the passenger side because of big scratch in 2007. After 5 years I noticed of little peelings of clear coating on couple of corners. I wasn't sure of what kind of warranty I had so I called the shop and talked to Sam and explained the problem. And what a surprise! He said no need to worry, just bring it right over, they'll repaint the whole thing /no charge.
