I'm grateful to James and his team; timely in responses, giving clear insights each step of the way. It was my first time getting repair work covered by my insurance company, but Alicia at the front desk walked me through the process. The office space is hospitable, welcoming, and well stocked with snacks if needed đ. They are definitely raising the bar on auto body repair and customer experience. Thanks again for returning my car with a great paint job and the front bumper and sheet liner seemlessly installed.

I bought Tesla model Y 2021. 3 months before car got damaged. I had to find best Auto body shop with which I can trust for my new model.
I reached out many body shop in Bay Area but James and staff at Kims auto body were very responsive, they respected my urgency and helped me with tow and anything related to insurance. I wanted car to look brand new again and after 1 week when I received car. CAR WAS WAY BETTER LOOKING THAN I GOT DELIVERY FROM TESLA.

Had our LS460 repair done here two years ago. Charles handled all the insurance paperwork. The right front was damaged and was restored to like new condition: bumper, parking sensor, fender, head light, knuckle, strut, wheel, tire, and paint protection film. Paint matching is perfect. Subsequently had LS400 insurance estimate done here as well. We decided to donate it and didn't get any charge for the work they put in. Highly recommend this shop.

We've been taking our cars to Kim's Auto Body for over 10 years. Definitely one of the best shops we've worked with in the South Bay and for that reason we keep coming back year after year. I found Kims Auto body about 3 cars ago and I kept getting in car accidents (caused by others) so I kept bringing my cars there. The reason why was because they were super professional! They had a clean well run shop, and always made sure my cars were worked on in a timely manner. But also the quality was amazing. Anytime someone asks for a body shop I send them here. My most recent incident was a broken rear windshield and they took care of it and its good as new. I highly recommend this shop.

I got a front bumper paint correction (repainted) for my Porsche Cayman. The work they did is just fantastic - perfect factory colour match, and my ten year old car now looks brand new. They also returned my car with free paint correction on small areas, and polish all around the car. This is the best customer experience I've ever had with any service or product ever! Even if you think the quote may be slightly above the rest, just go for it! Highly recommended.

This is by far the best body shop I have worked with. Customer service and mechanics know exactly what they are doing to give you the best products and price. They didnât offer any extraneous repairs for the car yet the final job looked excellent. See pictures of the front bumper, fender, and headlights before and after the repairs. They also installed new projector beam headlights and LED bulbs at my request. The lights make the car look even better than before the accident. Hoa and Charles, you are great at what you do. Keep up the superb work
