Last week, we received a sympathy bouquet from Lakeline. I do not know how specific the sender was with their order, but since it was my husbands company I am guessing they weren't very specific.
I hate ordering/giving floral arrangements because I find that they are often old flowers, gross colors and a poor acknowledgement of the death of a loved one.
Having said that, this is the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received. It's simple, elegant, very fragrant and still looks amazing almost a week after it arrived.

I recently received 2 gift baskets from Lakeline Florists. After opening, the first thing I observed was one of the cheeses had an HEB wrapper, label and price on it. I unwrapped it and found that it was actually 3 individually wrapped pieces of cheese with the HEB label removed from 2 of them, then the wrapper of the 3rd piece was partially removed, stretched out, then re-wrapped to enclose all 3 pieces. One of the bags of almonds was from Costco. I compared the contents of the baskets with the items shown on the Lakeline Florists website, and determined that the baskets I received had numerous

Beware- they do NOT deliver what you ordered!
My husband sent flowers to our home for our anniversary. He order the delux arrangement. I received the basic - 1/2 the roses (one clearly done as the petals are crusty and two of the stargazer lillies are wilted and brown) He sent them an email and pictures to tell them of the mistake. The response is that the flowers are in "bud form". BEWWARE- over $100 for less than a dozen roses sad looking stargazer lillies.

I wanted some flowers delivered across the street from the shop. I called to discuss the lack of delivery options on the webpage and the owner stated she would adjust the price, no problem.
So I went back online and placed my order. The owner called me right back to tell me the new price (much lower!!) and that she would cancel the original transaction and charge me with the new price.
My arrangement was delivered 30 minutes later and is quite lovely!
11/10 would order again!

Unfortunately we were not home when Lakeline Florist dropped by to deliver flowers that someone had sent us. We had been out most of the day and didn't get in till around 5:00pm. I have no idea as to what time they came by.
We typically enter the house through the garage and not the front door. However, as I was walking towards the garage, I noticed something laying on the front porch. When I went to check it out, it was a flower arrangement that had blown over from the windy conditions that day and the vase had shattered and the water had evaporated. I have been doing business with Jae Cho for 8 years and I have never been disappointed. When it came time to look for a florist for our wedding my fiance and I talked with Jae. Jae listened to our request, made some samples for us and revised the samples to be exactly what we wanted. We had 12 table settings a bridal bouquet and boutonniere. The flowers arrived on time, they were perfect and exactly what we wanted. We recieved so many compliments from our guests.
