David Kramer was great great to work with, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond for us shimmying into the crawl space entrance that was blocked by a drain pipe. Other inspectors told us they could not access the area and that it would have to be excluded. David however knew how important it is to thoroughly inspect every part of the property and made it happen for us. He is very thorough in his inspections. We so appreciate Steve Carroll and the thorough inspection he conducted on our home. As an Air Force family living overseas, we needed to secure a new home at our next assignment (L.A.) - all in the midst of the pandemic. With so many travel restrictions in place, we were prepared to purchase a home sight unseen!

As a first time home buyer I was nervous about making such a large purchase. I thought I would miss something big and have to do major repairs!
